The house is located in Montemaderno surrounded by greenery in a very quiet residential setting in a dominant position.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child in 3 comfortable double bedrooms.
It also has a private garden with a porch adjacent to the house equipped with umbrella, table and sun beds to fully enjoy relaxation and privacy. The house is spread over 4 levels:
In the basement there is a private garage.
On the ground floor there is the living room with the kitchen, the porch and the outdoor garden.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with bathroom and an external balcony.
On the second and last floor there is the third double bedroom with a panoramic view of Lake Garda.

Interaction with guests

During the stay I will be available by phone. If there is any urgent need, my mother lives adjacent to the villa in an independent apartment.
