About this property

T2 house in canet-plage with private pool, outside and parking :)

Maisonette, located 5 min walk from the central beach with a garden area with private pool and a parking space.
It has 2 independent bedrooms, one with 1 140cm bed and one with 2 90cm beds. Travelers have access to the private swimming pool, a washing machine and a garden with a sheltered outdoor table and a small charcoal barbecue.
We live in the house next door but we work every day during the season. We have a loose cat, which may come to seek caresses ...

Variable price in season.
Living next door and working 7 days a week we want peace at night and early in the morning.

No smoking.

Sheets and towels not provided. (rental possible on request)

The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay.

Stay from Saturday to Saturday for June-September.

Defects (following comments from travelers):
- WC accessible on a protected landing (choice assumed not to soil the house when one is in the garden and in the swimming pool)
- no indoor sofa for watching TV.

Séjour agréable

Super séjour, dans une jolie maisonnette dans un endroit idéalement situé. La piscine est vraiment un plus ,la proximité du centre de la plage dans un endroit calme avec une place de parking. La cordialité des hôtes tout était parfait..Merci pour le séjour.

Canet au top, pas comme la loc...

Malheureusement beaucoup de choses négatives à dire à propos de cette location… D'une part, l'accueil de l'hôte laisse à désirer… Très sommaire, sans aucune préoccupation ou questions envers ses hôtes. (Bonne route ? etc...) Lieu vétuste qui n'est pas aux normes de sécurité surtout en ce qui concerne l'électricité qui est vraiment douteuse.(câbles électriques apparents, interrupteurs avec fusible intégré, prises électriques non reliées à la terre etc...) Pas de papier toilette (ce qui peut arriver, mais nous dit en ramener de suite. Nous attendons toujours …), poubelle cassée, cafetière très ancienne avec manche fondu et capot cassé, cour sale (Epines de pin au sol à notre arrivée en grande quantité, tournevis rouillé au sol à coté de la piscine), grille-pain cassé et éponge vieille et sale. Cerise sur le gâteau le frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas dès le 1er soir… L'hôte prévenu a réussi à nous échanger le frigo dans la soirée, aucune excuse d'usage pour le dérangement. Mr nous informe que c'est une solution provisoire et qu'il sera à nouveau remplacé. Autre chose dérangeante, le lendemain le propriétaire se permet de rentrer sur les lieux en notre présence sans prévenir (un appel / sms aurait été le bienvenu) pour changer le frigo par un neuf. (point positif) Nous avions vraiment l'impression de le déranger quand nous lui parlions, aucune sympathie, regard fuyant … En point positif: une piscine de belle taille, l'intimité et le calme, et proche de la mer.

Bon séjour

La maisonnette est idéalement placée. La plage est situé à 500m à pied. Une place de parking est attribuée (non négligeable quand on voit la difficulté pour se stationner dans canet). Par contre, il faut qu'il fasse beau car la partie cuisine salle à manger est très petite sans canapé. Grande piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisé car nous préfèrerions nous rendre à la plage. Une adresse à retenir et nous reviendrons certainement prochainement chez vous.
