UHC VILLA BOTARELL with large garden and private pool

This impressive villa has all the best of a country house and a beach house. Enjoying the garden and pool with total privacy changes the experience. We can say little about the outdoor dining area with kitchen and barbecue, it is a true delight. Perfect situation to (dis)connect for real. In the charming village of Botarell. But don't worry, if you feel like returning to civilisation, you take the car and in 15 minutes you are toasting on Cambrils beach.



It has capacity for 10 people. 360 m² of house and 1900 m² of plot. The swimming pool measures 12x6 metres. Here everything is on a large scale.

- Enormous dining room in different environments. With air conditioning. It has a double sofa bed.

- Spacious fully equipped kitchen.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds.

- Bathroom with bathtub.



First floor:

- Main matrimonial suite with dressing room. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. With air conditioning.

- Second matrimonial suite. Bathroom with bathtub. With air conditioning.

- Third bedroom with double bed.

- Large swimming pool.

- Beautiful garden with trees and shade.

GOOD TO KNOW

- WiFi included during your stay.

- This villa is only rented to families. Group bookings are not accepted.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard. Keys are collected at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou



EXTRA:

Botarell is perfect for routes.

For example to the Riudecanyes Reservoir. Ideal for going with children, for a walk, to swim, or simply to admire the landscape. There are plenty of water activities and other routes that start from there.

Another idea is to visit the town of Riudecanyes itself and the Escornalbou Castle.

Eat, have dinner or spend a good time at the Rovira restaurant (Riudecanyes). Homemade food, good music, excellent treatment by the owners.

Una casa explendida preparada para grandes familias

La casa es muy espaciosa, con una cocina muy bien equipada, cuatro habitaciones cuatro balos completos, y zonas comunes muy amplias. A parte de la casa, la zona ajardinada, piscina y zona de barbacoa te ofrece todas las posibilidades de disfrutar de unas excelentes vacaciones. Aunque la casa no se encuentra en la zona costera, dispone de la tranquilidad de una población pequeña y la posibilidad de encontrar playas cercanas (15 min. en coche). Se necesita aire acondicionado en todas la habitaciones, actualmente sólo ha en el comedor y en las dos habitaciones suite. La agencia muy amablemente nos facilitó dos ventiladores para estas habitaciones. La casa se ofrece para 10 ocupantes, pero no dispone de un sofá cama en condiciones. No obstante, la agencia puso a nuestra disposición 2 camas plegables para resolver este tema. Se trata de una casa con acabados constructivos de calidad, que precisan de un mantenimiento costoso, hay detalles que se están deteriorando y que si no se solventan dan mala imagen para una casa de este nivel.

Todo bien, pero....

Estancia impresionante, limpieza, tranquilidad, equipamiento, etc... Solo le pondría un pero que para nosotros es importante, la iluminación exterior. Es bastante deficiente y te corta la tarde a las 8 o 8 y media que es cuando mejor se está en la piscina. Hasta las 10 de la noche no se enciende y encima muy poca iluminación. Por el resto una maravilla y repetiría con los ojos cerrados
