It is a 400m walk to Cala Mendia beach, 800m to Cala Anguilla, 200m to the costal path.

Villa Cajmin

The property is clean, well equipped and located a short walk from three lovely beaches. There are a few excellent restaurants close by. The pool and villa are a great size and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only shame is the condition of neighbouring property.

Nice House

Nice clean House with all equipment needed. Nice view over a green area. Easy walk to beautiful beaches. Not many nice restaurants and shops in the area but they might be because of it was end of season. A very easy procedure with host for checking in and out.

House was great

House was great, photos need to be updated as they don’t show it in its true light. Was lovely and spacious. Hosts were easy to contact and no issues during our stay. Came to check on us after the bad storm and retrieve the umbrella from next doors pool! It really was a bad storm! We had a great holiday!

Excellent Location - Basic Villa

I have completed a Claim Form/Satisfaction Survey that was left in the villa. I won't mention everything here, but here are a few. Positive - location wonderful, good size villa, very spacious, very clean, outside pool & sunloungers great. Negative - nearly everything inside the villa needs either replacing or updating, all bedding very poor quality, maintenance man seems to be a fan of duct tape. Kitchen is NOT fully equipped no instructions for hob etc in English. We arrived at 2.30am & all that was left out for us was water & wine - we desperately needed a hot drink & something to eat, very weary in the morning having to go to the shops before breakfast. Glad cost of the villa wasn't too much.

Die Sauberkeit war ok aber es ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Geschäfte sind in der nähe aber völlig überteuert. (6 Flaschen Wasser 1,5 Liter für 8 Euro) ohne Auto muss man also viel Geld ausgeben. Mit dem Auto sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten fahrzeit deutlich günstigere Supermärkte verfügbar. Leider denken die Katzen, dass der Kunstrasen am Pool ein super klo darstellen, sodass wir dort Katzenscheiße vorgefunden haben. Im großen und ganzen ist es aber eine gute Unterkunft für einen Familienurlaub. Der Weg zum Stand ist ok (alles ziemlich bergig)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie. Es ist sauber, der Check in ist einfach, nette Kommunikation. Sehr zufrieden ☺️

Ein Urlaub in der Nähe der Buchten

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Buchten und auch Restaurants, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto in 10 min in Porto Christo im Hyper oder im Eroski. Der hauseigene Pool ist sehr groß und man kann gut schwimmen und toben und vor Allem den Ausblick sehr genießen.

Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die übergabe war sehr nett und freundlich. Etwas spartanisch eingerichtet ,aber man hat alles was man braucht.Es ist alles in der nähe wie Restaurants,Bars ect. Bis zur Bucht Cala Mendia sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Die schönere Bucht (persönliche Meinung)ist Cala Anguilla wo man ein paar Minuten länger läuft. Ein Restaurant zur Empfehlung wäre Bar Cactus. Es ist ein wenig außerhalb aber nicht allzu weit weg. Das Haus können wir weiterempfehlen

Schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Teilweise leider etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Der Sonnenschirm war kaputt, die Liegen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Betten waren auch sehr einfach gehalten. Dafür hat die Finca einen wirklich tollen Pool, eine tolle Aussicht und ist gut. ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und es war alles ganz unkompliziert .

Amazing stay in great location

As a group of girls ranging from 16-23 we found the villa to be a fab choice for our holiday. Close to three different beaches, all in walking distance, with a great sized pool and large bedrooms, we would definitely return.

Wunderschöner Urlaub!

Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Es wurde immer wieder aktiv nachgefragt und kleinere Mängel zeitnah behoben. Das Haus und die Lage sind unschlagbar :) Würde immer wieder genau hier Urlaub machen.

Ein Zuhause exklusiv und schön 🙂

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Schöne Einrichtung nicht überladen wie in anderen Ferienwohnungen, angenehm große Zimmer, Betten sind ok, Küche gut ausgestattet ( Wasserkocher und Teekanne wären noch eine Anschaffung wert 🙂) Wunderschöner Pool ausgestattet mit Luftmatratzen und Planschbecken für die Kleinen. Leider sind die Auflagen für die Liegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen könnte etwas besser sein 💁🏼‍♀️ Spielzeug und Bücher befinden im Haus. Leider ist die Animation vom nahe gelegenen Hotel sehr laut die endet aber um 22.20 und im Haus hört man sie gar nicht wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Meine Enkeltochter 1,5 Jahre alt die diesbezüglich empfindlich ist hat trotzdem gut geschlafen. Danke auch an Cati und Carlos alles sehr unkompliziert 😊 Fazit: wir kommen wieder😊

Great house!

The house was super comfortable. Cati was very responsive and attentive to our needs! The only negative was that there was no WiFi (very much needed). But everything else was great. Well located in Cala Mendia close to shops! The pool was amazing. Highly recommendable!

Tolles Haus, gute Lage, schlechte Ausstattung

Wir hatten das Haus für knapp 3 Wochen gemietet. Grundsätzlich ist es ein tolles Haus mit super Ausblick an der Cala Mendia. Leider wurde seitens der Vermieter an der Ausstattung sehr gespart. Von den sehr einfachen Metallbetten über die Küchenausstattung, den Mini-Kohle-Grill bis hin zu den in die Jahre gekommenen Sonnenliegen. Einfachste Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Couchtisch und Wäschekorb wurden mit Panzertape notdürftig repariert, anstatt diese zu ersetzen. Leider gibt es im Haus auch kein WLAN und kein deutsches Fernsehen, was in unseren Augen eigentlich in der heutigen Zeit unabdingbar ist, gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten. Der Pool ist schön groß, was allerdings aufgrund des kleinen Aussenbereichs weniger Platz und Stellmöglichkeiten für Sonnenliegen zulässt. Das Haus wird für 6 Personen angegeben, es gibt aber nur 4 Sonnenliegen und 4 Gartenstühle. Wir würden den Vermietern empfehlen Ein paar Euro in die Hand zu nehmen und dem Haus eine Ausstattung zu geben, die es verdient. - ordentliche Betten - ordentliche Küchenausstattung - ordentlicher Gasgrill - Satelliten-TV - WLAN - ordentliche Liegen mit windtauglichen Sonnenschirmen

Really great - nearly perfect ...

A beautiful huge villa with a private pool, breath-taking valley, mountain and sunset views, evening sun, walking distance to shops and restaurants and several beautiful cove beaches. A few little things that could be done to make it a 5: * Wifi. It's assumed nowadays so lack of it came as a surprise * Kettle. We had to boil water on the stove to make a cup of tea * Water temperature. Not hot enough if you like a hot bath * Jacuzzi bath doesn't work * Insufficient sunbeds and covers (5 sunbeds, one of them broken, only 2 matching cushions) * Dated furnishings. This villa deserves more than a £9.99 lamp from Ikea * TV. No English language channels. Not that we needed them but some might. * BBQ. A bit small if you have a large party and no tools * Sporadic but persistent mild smell of sewage during our stay. * Beds. We would have expected the Master bedroom to have a better one. * Bathroom. Very little surface area around the basin in the master ensuite A car isn't essential but if you are staying for a week or more you might want to see the north coast of the island and visit the Caves of Drach which is a must. On balance, very happy with our week and these are only minor flaws mentioned.

Perfect Retreat

Great place to stay for those who want to relax. Excellent house in a very quiet location without being isolated. Chilling made easy with wonderful pool, terrace perfect to dine with lounge and kitchen beside.Recommended.
