Fantastic holiday home, to come with family or friends.

Situated in Freixo, in Ponte de Lima, this holiday home has two bedrooms with a double bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. It has a sofa bed, with capacity for 2 children up to 12 years old. It is possible to place a baby cot at no additional cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
The whole house has internet, central heating, air conditioning and cable TV.
It also has a laundry area, with washing machine and clothes line.

Outside, it has a pleasant seating area, with table and sofa, ideal for enjoying a good evening, and a barbecue area.
You can enjoy the swimming pool, 8 meters long and also the games room, with billiards, table football, ping-pong table and bicycles, to take a walk around.

It is very close to the town center and 20 minutes from the center of Ponte de Lima.
The house is located in front of the Freixo EB2.3 School (Ponte de Lima).
Ponte da Barca is 35 minutes away and Viana do Castelo is a 40-minute drive away.
The airport in Porto is 1 hour away.

Spent a lovely week at this villa. The pool and games room were great for all the family. The rooms were all very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very helpful. Shops, cafes and supermarket nearby. Lovely place to stay.

Good sized well located villa

Had a lovely weeks stay here with friends. Spacious bedrooms and kitchen. All nice and clean on arrival. It is about 20 mins by car to Ponta De Lima.

Très belle maison, bien équipée avec de beaux atouts pour profiter de moments en famille avec des adolescents grâce à la piscine, billard, table de ping pong et baby foot. Emplacement idéal pour les visites et la maison est située à 30 mn de la mer. Les commerces de Freixo sont à 500m à pied donc idéal pour les courses alimentaires ou autres . Le seul bémol pour nous a été le vis a vis sur la piscine des voisins quand on sort sur la terrasse extérieure mais qui n’est pas rédhibitoire. Très belle location

Relaxamento e diversão

A casa está situada num local calmo e perto do centro, a casa dispõe de várias áreas de lazer e divertimento. Os anfitriões foram muito simpáticos e disponíveis. Dois reparos a fazer (não é crítica é só um conselho) colocar um projetor na churrasqueira para fazer grelhados a noite e seria ótimo se criassem um acesso interior para a sala de jogos pois quando chove é chato ter que apanhar chuva e frio para aceder aos jogos. No geral nota 100

Estadia bastante agradável

A casa é exelente, o anfritrião e o responsável pelo check-in são muito simpáticos e acessíveis, inclusivo deixaram-nos fazer o check-in mais cedo uma vez explicado que o nosso grupo era de bastante longe. Tinha todas as comunidades na cozinha, e o salão de jogos definitivamente era um ponto positivo para fugir às horas de maior calor. As únicas coisas a apontar foi a falta de privacidade, num dia tínhamos o salão de jogos aberto e com máquinas lá ligadas para a casa do lado apesar de na noite anterior termos fechado o salão de jogos, e por outra vez, enquanto almoçávamos na parte de fora da casa, entra um completo estranho para sulfatar as plantas do jardim. Faltava pormenores muito pequenos, como pilhas que não estivessem gastar para pudermos usufruir das consolas (wii) que estavam na propriedade e um cabo HDMI. A casa fica localizada muito perto de um largo que tem de tudo, desde restaurantes, cafés a supermercados a 5min a pé de distancia!

Entre mer et montagne, de nombreuses excursions sont possibles. Gros coup de cœur pour la très jolie ville de Ponte de Lima. La villa offre tout le confort et les possibilités de loisirs pour y passer également des journées de détente pure.

As casa é muito boa, a limpeza estava irepreensivel .
