There is a covered terraced area for anyone who wants a rest from the sun and to the rear of the villa is a BBQ and seating area for outdoor dining. Fully equipped for a family to enjoy, this charming house boasts two kitchens and two lounges. There is a sofa bed in the ground floor lounge that will accommodate an extra person if required to bring the occupancy up to 7 people. La Marina house is the perfect location for your fun, family holiday.

I bought Casa Caprichosa in 2014 as a holiday home for ourselves and family. We have since moved permanently to live in Spain in the countryside, and have now decided to rent our lovely villa to guests.

Why they chose this property

We picked this particular property both for its close proximity to Alicante airport, and because La Marina Urbanisation has a good mix of locals and expats from all over the world.

Casa Caprichosa is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night!

What makes this property unique

Casa Caprichosa is central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes. The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away.

La Marina is close to the N322, which is the main coastal road in Costa Blanca which you can go north to places like Benidorm or Denia or south to Guardamar & La Zenia.
