This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo has all the in-room amenities anybody could ever ask for in a North Myrtle Beach vacation: fully stocked kitchens, large balconies, and free WiFi.

The condo is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and will play host to your and your family very well. Upscale features include granite countertops, tile floors, and a master bath with a tile-surround walk-in shower AND large jetted tub.

This resort is also located just six blocks from Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, giving you fast access to the shops, bars and restaurants along that strip. But why leave when you have such amazing on-site amenities as well. Check out the indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool (with mushroom fountain) and an outdoor lazy river.

There is also an on-site spa, a 24-hour fitness center, and a seasonal Tiki bar, great for drinks and snacks! We have beach chairs, and also have a cooler you may use while you stay with us which is located in master closet ,any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask

Absolutely perfect condo!

I love Mar Vista and I had the best experience with the owner! Everything we needed was at the condo and it was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of six. I will definitely return! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We had the absolute BEST time - this condo was perfect, up to date, spacious, clean and with all of the amenities that you could need to have an enjoyable time at the beach. The owner is simply spectacular, it was very easy to get access on check-in day and the customer service provided was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a really high-end unit within a great complex in a prime location

Great condo

We stayed with family for a vacation. The entire building including the condo was very well maintained and clean. Pool was heated in early April (many places do not heat that early in the season). Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in North Myrtle Beach

This condo was perfect for our family. My wife and I stayed with our 3 children, all under 4, and it was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor was modern and made you feel at the beach! My wife loved spending her mornings with a cup of coffee on the patio. The building was also great as it offered multiple pools and easy access to the beach. The owner was over-the-top responsive and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this condo for your stay!

Great condo + beautiful weather = a fabulous and relaxing week!

The condo was everything we expected from the listing and pictures. The large balcony with seating for 8 is what hooked me in. It is not ocean facing, but we knew it was a side view and were fine with that. The condo is well stocked, and communication with the owner was fantastic! Marr Vista seems well managed. We even had no problem getting pool lounge chairs at any time of day. We will definitely stay again!

The Perfect Vacation Home

There is not enough space to list how wonderful this home was. The communication with the owner with helpful tips and info was wonderful. Check in was so smooth. The home was so clean (most important thing to me), Beds crazy comfy, top of the line appliances. Any questions I had to the homeowner were answered right away. The facility itself was beyond wonderful extremely clean, Staff were cleaning all the time. Somehow always smelt like fruit trees everywhere. The pool areas (6 of them) had something for everyone. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Myrtle Beach. Thank you for one of our best Family Trip.

Wonderful condo in a wonderful location

My wife and I took our family on our annual vacation. Besides the two of us, our two daughters and their spouse/boyfriends, and our grandson who is 1 1/2, so a total of 7. We usually travel in mid-July to the Sandbridge, VA area but we had to move our trip up a month earlier this year. Because of wanting warmer weather and water temps, we decided to go further south to make up for going earlier in the summer. The condo and location didn’t disappoint. Everything was as advertised and even better. The entire facility was clean and had everything we could want as a family. The location allowed quick and easy access to everything, from groceries to dining to entertainment. My wife and I never spent more than 7-8 minutes in the car all week. Our kids did go out a bit, such as taking our grandson to the aquarium while we enjoyed a day to ourselves. They said it was an easy drive. Not being in the car was important because it takes us over 10 hours to get there and we didn’t want to drive any more than we had to. This met that goal easily. The condo had everything (and more) than we needed. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were. It was clean and very quiet which surprised us a bit because of the number of families there. The owner, Linda, couldn’t have been better. She answered any questions we had prior and/or during our stay. She had chairs and a cooler waiting for us to use when we got there. She was fantastic. We all feel coming back is worth the long drive.

Absolutely Fabulous

In all the years that we have rented properties at the beach we have always had little or no contact with the owner. This owner was very active and attentive and made it easy to get in and get out. The Condo is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture clean and comfortable. Easy beach access. Nice walking distance to the village area where there are fun bars, restaurants and groceries. A 'can't miss' place!

Enjoyable stay at this well appointed condo. You can tell the owners take pride in it based on the attention to detail. Linda made the rental and check in process as easy as it could be and I would certainly recommend this unit to anyone.

Amazing condo & owner!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Mar Vista condo! The unit is beautiful! Many vacation homes have average furniture but this condo was high quality all around. The beds & couches were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived. One of our favorite parts was the huge balcony porch. We loved eating our meals out there, playing games & relaxing on the lounge chairs. The owner Linda was so helpful and easy to work with. The building was well maintained and the pools were not overly crowded despite being a larger building. We would 100% stay here again. Thanks for everything Linda!

The owner was very helpful and made sure we had a very enjoyable, worry-free stay. The condo was everything that was advertised and more. Our trip was perfect here! Linda was so easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had about the condo. We have stayed at Mar Vista Grande before and love the area, cleanliness, and setup of condo/pools/beach. This particular condo was beautiful. So clean and updated! It has everything you need for your stay including kitchen items, beach chairs, a cooler, and so much more! We would highly recommend and will be returning!

Perfect Accommodations!

My family of 9 stayed at Mar Vista for a week. The location was perfect. Wal mart and Krogers are within 2 miles as well as many restaurants. I was hesitant to stay on the 6th floor. My daughter-in -law was 8 months pregnant and had a two year old. However, the setting was perfect.....the property is ocean front and a short walk from the elevator to the pools and beach. The property is immaculate from the parking garage to the unit. The bedrooms are spacious along with the 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with tools for all your cooking needs. The deck is so spacious my whole family could enjoy it at the same time. When I return to Myrtle, this is were I will stay! Linda, the owner was attentive, gracious , and kind .She was helpful and touched base with us throughout the week. We had a wonderful worry-free vacation with my family. Thank you Linda!

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you require!

We stayed in the condo with our family of 4 kids, and this being our first time our expectations were exceeded. We had friends staying at Mar Vista Grande and so booked this condo last minute. Linda was extremely easy to book with, and she stayed in touch several times both before and during our stay to ensure all our needs were met. The unit is incredibly spacious and well cared for. Having a full kitchen was terrific, as well as laundry. Linda leaves a starter kit with laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc to ensure you have everything you need from the get go. The unit comes with on-demand cable (TimeWarner) and wifi. My kids loved staying here. While it was cooler outside when we stayed, the pools outside are heated and the kids enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pools. Building management are attentive and ensure loud parties are not tolerated. The building is mostly families and seniors, so a great place for a quiet stay. We will certainly be booking this unit in the future again. Linda was a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars! Thanks!

Outstanding Condo and Owner

I was recently in Myrtle Beach on business for an extended time and wanted a comfortable place to stay with access to the beach. This condo is outstanding. The photos do not do it justice. It is very well decorated and spacious. But hands down Linda, the owner, is the best. I travel frequently and know first hand that customer service is not always top notch. Not so in this case. I booked this condo just a day before my arrival in town. She checked in with me multiple times during my 10 night stay to be sure everything was well. I really enjoyed talking with her and appreciated that she went above and beyond to be sure that I was comfortable and enjoying her unit. Absolutely beautiful!!!!

We can't say enough about the owner, or the condo. It was tastefully decorated, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Linda was great, and kept a check on us to make sure we were enjoying the condo. Can't wait to return.
