Our bath rooms are newly renovated. There is a new Beverage Center in the living room. Every year new furnishings, kitchen items, decore, and art, is refreshed You'll notice them on your return visits. Rooms are fresh, bright, clean, and welcoming. Floors, walls, baths, kitchen are detailed each week between guests. Every Bedroom has near to floor ceiling exterior window with long range views from 9 stories up. When you walk in you will be wrapped with cleanliness and freshness!!! Your enjoyment and pleasant vacation experience and memories are our priority.

Our condo is a four bedroom, three full bathroom OCEANVIEW South West corner residence offering wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and city view from its oversized covered veranda. Our home offers high quality plush bedding linens and large towels, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, a fully stocked kitchen, in the common areas indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a seasonal Tiki Bar with delicious food and drink offerings, a building exclusive walkover to a wide open white sanded beaches, and much more!

Whether your bathing in the South Carolina Sun, utilizing the indoor or outdoor pool areas, or wandering the miles of majestic, white beaches along the Atlantic Ocean, “The Mar Vista Grande” in North Myrtle Beach is your best decision for your next luxury, vacation destination.

The Mar Vista Grande is a 15 floor high rise 160 unit luxury condo building with the highest level of construction & immaculately finished and maintained. Four high speed Elevators, and all corridors are enclosed and conditioned. Many units have permanent residents or are not rented. VERY Strictly Managed. Kevin is only a phone call away for any questions or maintenance concerns. Come to relax on the beach or by the multiple pools.

Our Property and Condo is not a party destination. Loud noise, parties, or unruly behavior is not tolerated. The Property is highly maintained, upscale, and very strictly operated luxury vacation property. We invite you and your family and friends to leisure and relax to take in the beach, sun, nature, local venues, excellent pools and work out facility. Come to our property to enjoy the best of the Grand Strand. You are welcome to call your host Kevin to discuss any questions or inquiry into our property or the area. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please assure three key fobs are on the hooks on the kitchen and one in the cage lockbox. Return anything moved during stay to its original position. Please report anything broken or misplaced asap.

Our family has been to this building before but never for July 4th. We also tried a four bedroom. What a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The larger balcony/veranda was awesome, a great place to hang in the evening. Being on the beach for the 4th with fireworks up and down the coast was magical. Great stay - awesome condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, just wish the week would have lasted a little longer! From the initial booking, communication with the owners before, during and after our stay, everything was wonderful!! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there are big screen tv's in all the bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms which is a plus, the porch and porch furniture were amazing. I spent the evening and most of the night on the porch. Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. My family loved it as well and we hope to stay again in the future!!

Beautiful luxury condo!

This is a beautifully furnished, decorated and immaculately maintained condo that three generations of my family enjoyed for our annual family vacation at the beach! The condo is gorgeous and well-equipped; the deck is huge with a marvelous view of the ocean, and the property has spectacular amenities. There were staff cleaning and maintaining the pools and building nonstop during our time there, and the tiki hut/bar had excellent food and drinks that were so convenient while at the pools, lazy river, hot tub and beach. This was by far our favorite condo and place we have ever stayed in Myrtle Beach! The property managers went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay!

Easiest vacation we ever planned. Our host Kevin was the best with any questions. It puts your mind at ease to know you can get a quick reply if needed. The property was spotless. I prefer rentals that I know the owner's themselves vacation in. So well stocked with every day necessities. Comfortable beds and amazing showers and not just the master! There were 4 elevators, never had to wait. Loved how the indoor pool opened to the outdoor pool. Lazy river and 2 hot tubs too. Tiki bar on site. My kind of music playing daily! Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thanks again Kevin, we will be back.

Family vacation

I must say that the condo was beautiful and very clean. The ground level entry from the beach was kept dry as much as possible, but well kept. However there was one issue that I and other guests complained about. Getting up the stairs to the beach and back with beach carts was very difficult. If there is a possibility of installing a ramp on one side of the stairs would solve the problem. We definitely would love to come back next year. Thank you so much Kevin, we really loved your condo! Our condo is only rented from May through August so its lightly used. From the beaches, sunning, golfing, fishing, dining, and shopping there is a never ending opportunity to do something, or nothing. Whatever your heart desires. Our home is warm and welcoming and available to you when we are not enjoying it. We hope that you will come and try it out and are sure you'll come back.

Why they chose this property

We used to own a house and decided to "move on up". Sitting on the ninth floor and looking out over the broad view of ocean, beach, boulevard, and city view is a different perspective than we are used to. It's pretty cool that we actually view our old house of 35 years. Very peaceful as well.

Our building and condo is not a party destination. It does not tolerate large, loud, crowds or "parties". It is an upscale, very strictly operated luxury vacation property. We invite you and your family and friends to leisure and relax to take in the beach, sun, nature, local venues, excellent pools and work out facility.
