Individual villa in the exclusive Oliva Nova Golf. It is located 400m from the beach and 200 meters from the golf course with 18 holes designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It also has sports facilities (paddle tennis, tennis ..), playground, supermarket medical center, pharmacy and restaurants. The villa has a capacity of 6-7 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge, kitchen, porch, garage, swimming pool and private garden. It is fully equipped, air conditioning / heating in all rooms, fireplace in the living room, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, TV, DVD, stereo, possibility of wireless Internet access and all kitchen utensils and other for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Delivered and bath linens weekly. The price includes cleaning and out.

Very nice place to stay

It's a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach where dogs are allowed. The house itself is very well equipped, safe and just a very nice place to stay with an enclosed garden (important for dogs). Also there is a 9-21 carrefour express in the same street. So to be recommended!

Perfecto para Familias

La casa esta muy bien, muy limpia y con todo lo que puedas necesitar para alojarte. Para nuestro gusto la piscina un poco fria el agua porque casi no le daba el sol, por lo demas todo genial, muy cerca de la playa y con un supermercado cerca. Puedes ir andando a todo. Ubicacion muy tranquila.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hätten nur bri 14 Tage gern die Möglichkeit gehabt, das man Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum wechseln gehabt hätte. Sonst ist alkes im Haus was man benötigt.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison qui est propre, fonctionnelle et la terrasse est superbe. La maison est bien située dans une zone calme, superbe plage à 10mn à pied, petit carrefour à 5mn à pied, ... Merci pour ce séjour.

une jolie villa bien agencée

aménagée avec beaucoup de goût cette maison à tout pour plaire au premier regard. Malheureusement nous avions rencontré quelques problèmes de propreté et la maison était assez humide ce qui etait dommage car la propriétaire a vraiment fait tout pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Peut être de la malchance parce que le service de nettoyage n'a pas bien fonctionné où que la maison était restée vide un moment ce qui a permis a l'humidité de s'installer

Lovely relaxing holiday

We stayed for a week at the end of May myself my husband, my 9 year old daughter and my Mum and Dad. The villa itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need. 10 minute walk to 2 supermarkets and a couple of restaurants 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach. If you’re wanting a relaxing break I would highly recommend.

Magnifique séjour

Superbe villa, totalement conforme à la description, avec des prestations d'une rare qualité : électroménager très complet (y compris cafetière à dosettes), mobilier moderne, chaînes de télé françaises, literie (un peu bruyante) très confortable ; terrasse couverte très appréciable au pied de la piscine. Dommage que la plage ne soit pas plus proche (900m) et que la météo n'ait pas été aussi agréable que nous l'aurions espérée. Situation dans le golf, très calme, avec surveillance permanente. Pour les courses, une petite supérette à proximité ; sinon des supermarchés (Lidl et Consum) à 10 km (El Verger, plus facile d'accès que Oliva)

Très bien entretenu, propre et net.... L'ensemble est très confortable..... Proche des commerçants, vraiment très calme, jardin très agréable et ombragé, piscine adorable, terrasse idéale (salon extérieur), 15 minutes à pieds de la mer via un chemin qui traverse une jolie zone de villas, très longue plage de sable blanc.... Cela fait plusieurs années que nous allons dans cette maison et nous en sommes très satisfait! La maison est très agréable,spacieuse et bien décorée.Les zones d'ombre dans le jardin sont appréciables.La piscine est ensoleillée toute la journée.Le quartier est tranquille .La maison est proche de la mer et des commerces.Le contact est facile avec les propriétaires.Nous nous sentons tellement bien dans cette maison que nous prévoyons d'y retourner l' été prochain! On s'y sent comme chez nous!On y passe de supers vacances.

Estancia semana fallera muy agradable

Chalet en muy buen estado, dispone de todas la comodidades en una zona muy tranquila. Muy bien en cuanto a limpieza tanto interior como exterior. El chalet es tal y como se ve en las fotos.Dada la época en que fuimos, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, aunque el agua de la misma estaba muy limpia. En general todo bien, para repetir.
