About this property

Cozy house, right on the beach and on the golf course in a quiet urbanization

The cozy house is located 60 m from the beach and approx. 500 m from the golf course and one km from the international riding arena. The community pool for the urbanization is right on the doorstep.

You have the possibility to use our 2 bicycles to drive through the orange groves or to explore the old town center of Oliva or to go to the beautiful and sophisticated shopping area of Gandia. Today Gandia is one of the larger coastal cities in the region. It is a lively center of trade and tourism. Denia with its large harbor and fish market is 5 km away. There are good fish restaurants not only in Denia.

Valencia - next to Barcelona - is the most beautiful city on the Mediterranean. It is approx. 74 km to get there. Be sure to include at least one visit to Valencia in your travel time.

Both in Valencia and Alicante there are small, manageable airports that are served by many airlines. It is very easy to rent a car there. A car is highly recommended for a vacation in Oliva.

After the many activities that can be done here, it is nice to return to the house.
There you can choose whether to retreat to the east terrace or the south-west-facing terrace, or use the balconies that border the upper 2 bedrooms. In the upper area there is a spacious bathroom with a shower tub.

In the lower area there is a bedroom, a kitchen with all appliances, as well as a living-dining area with direct exit to the terrace and a guest toilet with shower.

There is a large brick barbecue on the terrace. Here you can end your evening comfortably with a glass of wine.

Of course, the large community pool can be used. The golf course can be reached in 500 m. It is an 18 hole golf course. In spring and autumn there are internationally known performances in the Oliva Nova equestrian center.

The house is very suitable for children, e.g. B. there is a baby bed. The pool as well as the plot of the house is fenced. The very wide and long sandy beach with dunes invite you to linger. It goes gently into the sea.

There are shops at the golf center, but also in Oliva and other places there are Lidl and Aldi and very good Spanish Supermercados.

Great for anyone looking to be close to the beach and with an interest in golf. Parking at the property a plus. Well equipped kitchen and good supply of bedding and towels. We rented knowing we would be away from the house most of each of the days, the trip was more business than leisure. As such, it was more around cooking a quick meal some evenings and having somewhere to shower/sleep, rather than relaxing and enjoying all the facilities the resort had to offer.

A confortable house next to the beach

The house it is very clean and has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay. New refrigerator and washing machine, air conditioning to the upper floor air ventilators to all room with beds, nice mattresses, and clean towels and sheets, good internet wifi . Has a quick path with access to the beach, no need for car. Only thing to advise is to bring anti-mosquito devices, for all rooms as the area is very green and humid and as normal mosquitos can enter to the house. As concern toddlers or children, the house is safe. The communication with the owner very fluent. Recommended if you like to spend hours to the lovely beach!

Am Meer

Wir waren zwölf Nächte im Mai hier, und es war sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Den Pool direkt vorm Haus haben wir sehr genossen, aber auch den kurzen Weg ans Meer. Das Haus entsprach unserer Vorstellung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und es gibt genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche vor Ort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank, Janine!

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Nur das untere „Badezimmer“ ist eher eine Toilette. Lage ist gut. Im ganzen kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Ein super Mädelsurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Oliva Nova. Janine ist eine super Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld unseres Urlaubs hat sie uns viele Fragen per WhatsApp beantwortet. Das Haus ist angenehm ruhig, gepflegt und in Strandnähe gelegen. Wer nicht gern im Meer schwimmt, kann den schönen Gemeinschaftspool nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Liebe Janine, danke für die schönen Urlaubstage in deinem Haus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Séjour inoubliable

Cette maison est idéale pour les amoureux de la mer grace à sa proximité de la plage. Sa piscine, commune, juste en face de la porte a fait le bonnheur de nos enfants. La proprietaire est d'une grande gentilesse. Elle est restée en contacte permanent avec nous pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Bref, c'est une adresse qu'on gardera dans notre carnet d'adresse de voyage.

Perfectamente ubicada si buscas tranquilidad y comodidad

Hemos estado de lujo. A la casa no le falta de nada, está a pie de playa practicamente, la piscina se encuentra según sales de la casa y está acotada para mayor seguridad si tienes niños pequeños, la urbanización está en una zona tranquila pero cerca en coche de pueblos como Jávea y Denia para ir a pasar la tarde. Es perfecta para ir con niños a la playa porque es de arena fina, grande y muy larga para pasear. Angel y su mujer muy atentos y amables, si necesitas cualquier cosa ellos te pueden atender, viven en otra de las casas de la urbanización y son amigos de la dueña Janine. No puedo pedir más, han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Muchas gracias :)

Nie wieder !!

Schlechteste Unterkunft in 20 Jahren - von uns absolut NICHT zu empfehlen! Wir haben das "Gemütliche Haus, direkt am Strand und am Golfplatz in ruhiger Urbanisation" vom 27.04.2024 bis 17.05.2024 gebucht und waren extrem enttäuscht. Hier sind die Hauptprobleme, die wir erlebt haben: Irreführende Beschreibung: Das Angebot suggeriert, es handele sich um ein Einfamilienhaus. In Wirklichkeit ist es eine Doppelhaushälfte. Die angebliche Entfernung von 30 Metern zum Strand beträgt tatsächlich über 150 Meter. Lärm und Unruhe: Von wegen "ruhige Urbanisation"! Morgens ab 8 Uhr begannen in unmittelbarer Nähe lautstarke Gartenarbeiten. Abends war der Lärm von den Nachbarn oft unerträglich. Unangemessenes Badezimmer: Das zweite "Badezimmer" ist ein winziger Raum mit einem Ablauf in der Mitte und einer Toilette unter einer Wandschräge. Diesen Raum als Badezimmer auszuweisen, ist schlichtweg dreist. Fehlendes TV-Signal: Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts konnten wir keine deutschen Programme empfangen, da die Satellitenschüssel erst am letzten Urlaubstag repariert wurde (Dauer der Reparatur: 20 Minuten). Defekte Fahrräder: Beide Fahrräder waren nicht nutzbar. Eines hatte eine defekte Bremse, beide hatten platte Reifen und es war keine Luftpumpe vorhanden. Einige dieser Mängel haben wir der Vermieterin vor Ort mitgeteilt, als Entschädigung wurden uns 50 Euro angeboten - ein Witz im Vergleich zu den Problemen, die wir hatten. Danke für diesen " tollen " Urlaub !

Mit kleinen Startschwierigkeiten...dann top!

Aufgrund der Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war das Haus schwer zu finden. Der erste Eindruck im Haus und im Außenbereich war nicht optimal, es wurde aber schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Es fehlt z.B. an Beschreibungen/Bedienungsanleitungen für die Erwärmung de Hauses. Handtücher waren im Schrank versteckt. Die Küche ist dagegen super ausgestattet. Hilfreich war die schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin! Und die Lage ist top! Insgesamt knapp 5 Sterne verpasst, da nur sehr kurzer Aufenthalt.

Super Strandurlaub

Das Haus (es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte)liegt in einer gepflegten gated Community,direkt gegenüber dem schönen,sauberen Pool.Der Weg zum endlos langen,feinsandigen Strand(es sind Hunde erlaubt)ist kurz.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es fussläufig.Die Beachbars werden Mitte September abgebaut,dann ist der Strand fast leer. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben,sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Die Elektrogeräte sind neu und von guter Qualität.Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es ausreichend.Die Betten sind sehr gut.In der gut bestückten Küche ist alles vorhanden um zu kochen oder zu grillen. Die Vermieterin war im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Vacaciones tranquilas

Es la segunda vez que vamos, por algo será 😀. La casa muy limpia y cómoda. Las dos veces hemos ido en septiembre y hay muy poquita gente, tanto en la playa como en la urbanización, en nuestro caso es lo que buscabamos, tranquilidad. Muy recomendable

Ferienhaus in Oliva Nueva - einfach NUR SCHÖN

Die Räume des Ferienhauses gehen über zwei Etagen: Erdgeschoss: großes Wohnzimmer mit TV, ein Schlafraum mit einem großen Bett (kleines Doppelbett), eine große Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ein Doppelwaschbecken (super, wenn man Fisch und Meerestiere zubereitet). Arbeitsfläche ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt viele Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Schüsseln und Kochgeschirr, man muss nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit sofort von Hand spülen, damit man wieder essen / trinken kann. Allerdings, bei spanischen Sommertemperaturen sollte man sich das Sammeln von benutztem Geschirr im Geschirrspüler gut überlegen! Unter der Treppe ins Obergeschoss befindet sich noch eine kleine Kammer mit einer Toilette, Waschbecken und kleiner Handbrause. Obergeschoss: großes Badezimmer mit Wanne, ein großes Waschbecken, ein Bidet und - natürlich - eine Toilette. Ein Schlafraum hat zwei Einzelbetten (nicht für große Menschen) und der dritte Schlafraum hat ein großes Bett (kleines Doppelbett). Jeder Schlafraum hat einen großen Schrank mit viel Stauraum und Ablageflächen. Die übrige Ausstattung ist sehr gut: Handtücher, Decken und Bettwäsche ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Für die tägliche Reinigung gibt es genügend Putzmittel, Tücher, Besen usw. Die beiden Terrassen jeweils vor und hinter dem Haus sind nicht groß, haben schöne Sitzmöbel (auch Tische zum Essen), einen Sonnenschirm, einen Holzkohlgrill und ein Außenwaschbecken. WLAN vorhanden ALLES PERFEKT!

Un régal

Villa individuelle où il ne manque quasiment rien tant au niveau du linge de maison (draps, serviettes, ...) qu'en cuisine (huile, vinaigre, condiments....). La proximité de la piscine et de la plage en font un endroit idéal pour les vacanciers qui aiment profiter du soleil et de l'eau. Notre séjour début mai a été génial puisque le calme était également au rendez-vous même si nous aimons la fiesta. Le vieux du groupe (72 ans) qui a réservé cette location a fait le bonheur des jeunes (famille et amis) qui m'accompagnaient. Un très bon souvenir pour tous, je l'espère !!!! Jean-Michel

Gerne wieder

Im Vorfeld lief die Kommunikation perfekt. Super Erreichbarkeit und viele für Informationen vorweg. Angekommen, Schlüssel abgeholt und in ein sehr sauberes und wirklich gut ausgestattetes Objekt gekommen. Sehr viele Utensilien waren vorhanden und die Gastgeberin für Fragen oder sonstiges auch über die Feiertage erreichbar. Es war sehr schön und das Objekt sowie die Gastgeberin sind mehr wie empfehlenswert.
