IRC 604: Gulf Front Luxury (2 Bed / 2 Bath)

Relax and take in the unobstructed GULF FRONT views of Destin, Florida! This 1,362 sq. ft. Gulf front condo is centrally located on the very top floor (7th story) at Inlet Reef Club on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida.
This condo is a two bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has been totally remodeled from top to bottom.

BEDROOMS & BATH

The master bedroom boasts a full set of hardwood furniture w/ new king-sized bed and with an extremely comfortable Serta mattress. A large 55'' LG SMART TV rests on the wall at the foot of the bed. The Master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled to include modern vessel sinks, built-in vanity counter, and privacy door separating the showering and vanity area.
The guest room is furnished with 2 full-sized beds (sleeps up to 4) with new Serta mattresses and chest of drawers with its own bathroom. Atop the chest of drawers is a 32' Vizio TV mounted on the wall. The guest room has a semi-private full bathroom.

KITCHEN & LIVING
This condo is a two bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has been totally remodeled from top to bottom.
The large open-design kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, new solid-wood cabinets w/ easy-close hinges, a fully stocked kitchen to include everything from pots, pans, utensils, spices rack, etc. Dine atop the elegant Thomasville mahogany table w/ seating for up to six guests.
The living area has a 65" Curved 4k UHD Samsung SMART TV and a large Tommy Bahama sectional sofa can even sleep up to two people (or three small children). Extra sheets are provided in the master closet.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Inlet Reef is located directly on 1,100 ft of private deeded beach.
Inlet Reef Club has a communal heated pool, hot/dry sauna, two tennis courts, recently remodeled exercise room, and is located directly on the beautiful white-sand beaches of Destin, Florida.

Very nice condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was stocked very nice and the condo had little extra's like hand soaps, trash bags, clothes wash and dish wash. I have already booked again for next year.

I think the check-in and kitchen facilities are spot on. It was easy to get checked in. And the Kitchen had everything we needed to fix any meal we wanted (even though breakfast was the main item). The panoramic view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. I will definitely plan on booking this exact property again. Totally loved it!

Great place for a family getaway. Immediate pool and beach access. Rental car is key in order to get around to local restaurants. Bring your own beach towels and property manager has quick communication via email. Will be coming here again!

July 4th vacation fun

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the beach right from the balcony. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home.One of the highlights was the pool — well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Beautiful Condo and Great Location

What an amazing first experience with VRBO. Our family stayed a week in this beautiful condo! It was very spacious and clean! Michael Pasek was great at checking us in and communicating with him was very easy. Great location to the beach and gorgeous beach views from our balcony! Heated pool and jacuzzi were a plus! The condo had very comfortable beds and was equipped with everything you will need I mean everything! Lobby and the Inlet Reef parking lot were also nice and clean. We will definitely rebook this location for our family vacations again!

Loved this place. Wish could have stayed longer. Balcony is large and had great views. Dolphins swam by everyday in morning and evening. Everything was as discribed.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

The condo was in a great location. The unit was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. We thought each bathroom had a walk in shower, but it was only one. It was inconvenient, but we made it work. Would definitely come back.

Excellent location, great views of the Gulf and beach from the balcony ,master bedroom and living room. Kicthen is well equipped with needed items if cooking.Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset everyday of our stay, no rain all week. Overall a great experience, hope to be able to do it again.

Great location

We enjoyed out stay at this condominium. Security was really nice. Condo had an Amazing view. Beach was great and Beach service was Great too. Lots of wildlife to see every morning. And amazing walks on the beach. The condo set up was good for our family of 5. It was well stocked for what we needed but with a lot of great restaurants we didn’t cook much.
