The ultimate lake vacation awaits! Welcome to Sunrise at Lake Anna, a newly renovated luxury home in the coveted Sunrise Bay neighborhood. This 3-acre waterfront paradise has 6000 sqft of indoor and 8000 sqft of outdoor living on a secluded inlet that’s a short drive or sail to the restaurants and nightlife that make the public side of Lake Anna so popular.

The house is designed for large groups, with fifteen beds in seven rooms (pls seven additional beds for flexible sleeping), four bathrooms, and two indoor living areas to spread out and enjoy one another.

Spend your days exploring the lake on our kayaks and paddleboard, lounging by the water, practicing your golf game, dinking on the pickleball court, or napping on the sleeping porch.

In the evening, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie under the stars, relive your glory days in the arcade, and roast marshmallows over the fire.

The large, fully-appointed kitchen has double appliances and everything needed to make and serve food for a crowd. And there’s enough seating for your whole party to eat together, either in the indoor great room or on the dining deck overlooking the water.

For a treat, head out to enjoy The Cove, Tim's, Below Deck Pizza, Coyote Hole, Moo Thru (our fav!), and other hotspots, all within a 10min drive (or 20min sail).

High-speed WiFi, four streaming televisions (with NFL Sunday Ticket!), and three dedicated workspaces keep you connected. Or not. :-)

The house is beautiful and has wonderful amenities and outdoor spaces. We loved how well appointed the kitchen is. We had everything we needed to make large holiday meals for the family. The host was so sweet and attentive, even put up a beautiful tree for my family to enjoy for Christmas. We hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the lake more.

What an incredible property! Super kid and family friendly with lots of extra sleeping options and toys and books for the kids. The giant porches, arcade games and dock with lily pad and kayaks were a highlight for us! We had more room than we needed with three families there - this place is huge!

Place was outstanding! Bunk room beds are a little small for full sized adults but set up nicely for kids! The overall experience was great, I intend to explore renting next summer for family. Is the pontoon boat and jet skies available to rent as well?

Great weekend stay

We very much enjoyed the house for a 3-day weekend. Our group included teens, couples, singles, and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out, nice common spaces when we wanted to be together, but enough bedrooms and places to be when we wanted privacy. Great kitchen, very well supplied!

Wonderful Weekend at the Lake

Fantastic Family Vacation House

The house is gorgeous, and the lake view is incredible! But the best part of our Thanksgiving Week here was the amazing customer service of the owners. They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! Just delightful all around!

What a beautiful spot right on Lake Anna!!! The house was wonderful - fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, and water floats for the dock. This house is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door we could see the lake out of the huge windows. House was so spacious and had literally everything we needed. Kids loved the kayaks and the paddle boat. The pool table was a big hit! We will be back for sure!

The perfect 10!

This property was absolutely amazing and delivered well beyond what was promised! We came here for a martial arts instructors retreat for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The view and location on the lake was world class. Everything that you could possibly need to make it a perfect getaway vacation was provided and on hand. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Big trips with family and friends are traditions for us, and we dreamed of owning a house we could return to year after year and also share with others. Then we found it! Sunrise on Lake Anna is where we come to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and other special events. We hope you'll love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Sunrise Bay is one of the best neighborhoods on Lake Anna because it is on a quiet inlet that's sheltered from the business of the main lake, yet also nearby The Cove, Tim's, Moo Thru (!!!) and other attractions. It's the perfect combination of secluded but central.

What makes this property unique

The first time we rounded the bend in the driveway and saw the lake and the house, we literally gasped--we've never seen or visited a lake property we love more than this one. The view is truly one of the best you'll find on Lake Anna and the house itself is spacious and beautifully appointed, with cool decor and everything you need to spread out and enjoy family and friends.

Whether you love quiet mornings fishing off the dock, highly-competitive lawn games, or whipping around the lake on tubes, we hope Sunrise at Lake Anna will be the perfect place to reconnect and make memories that last.
