I can’t say enough about how amazing a house this property is! From the kid’s playroom to the huge game room/bar area to the beach area. Our group had a great time. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. There were multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces that made this house perfect for hanging out. Our group of several families loved the house and hope to return next fall!

Kit, a game room and bar that big, with the beach just steps beyond, is clearly where several families found their rhythm. Sounds like the playroom and all those indoor and outdoor spaces kept everyone happy. Autumn by the water is a lovely time to return, and the house will be ready.

A perfect house for a multi-generational group. Well equipped with everything you can think of for dinners and relaxing and even rainy days! Everyone was happy with the space and activities!

It was a lovely home. Most areas were well thought out. The only problem area was in the kitchen. There was a corner of the kitchen that caused issues with prepping meals. if the dishwasher was opened you could not get into the refrigerator.
