Enjoyed our stay, only gripe was the hard mattress, that is the only thing really that would stop us booking again, far too hard for these old bones, not one decent sleep unfortunately, Great location though and overall really nice, would been nice to have reclining seats on the balcony!

The condo is as advertised, area was safe and very fun, close walk to old town. Nuno our host was very attentive and friendly. We had to leave this rental four days early as the noise from the neighbours was really was unbearable, very very loud, if this can be taken care of the condo will be a great place to stay in the future.

Great stay in Albufeira!

This neighborhood is so fun. Lots of restaurants and shops on the block. It is a short pleasant walk to the old town. Host was great, showed us how everything worked. Having a guaranteed parking spot is invaluable. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Up-dated and Clean Condo

The condo is in a great location with walking distance to Old and New Town. If you are not a walker there are plenty of tuk-tuks and taxi's ready to take you. It is also, a short walk to the cliffs.The condo complex and apartment was very clean and secure. The apartment is spacious and the decor is nice. My only negative is that the walls are thin and sounds carry easily between units.I would suggest that instructions for the appliances, particularly the laundry machine be available. I could not figure out what the symbols on the washing machine meant.The host was always available and answered my questions very promptly.

Albufiera stay

Rented for 4 weeks. The unit is comfortable but not luxury. Needs more attention to detail. clothes hangers, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans. Manuals or instructions for appliances would be most helpful. Maintenance needed for lighting, toilet seat and bathroom tap. Mold was present in the shower which the owner addressed.Living room seating is a convertible bed and its size is uncomfortable for sitting. Adding seating and a coffee table would be beneficial. The location is good but can be noisy at times. Overall it was ok and clean with linen and towels changed weekly

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. On the other hand we are very sad that only now that you left you are bringing to our attention that the apartment need clothes hangers, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Everything is there, what more can be needed…. During your stay you should have reached out to us about anything you felt was needed. Now it’s too late. Your stay is over. It’s sad how some guests take time to write here when now there is no way to address anything. Regarding the appliances they are all standard and the same or similar as home. You also mentioned maintenance for lighting. All lights are working and no issues found. There was no mold in the bathroom but the silicone was used and was not completely white as was when installed and so we felt it would make you feel better we had it replaced. This is an example that if you communicate with us during your stay we are always present to fix or solve any issue as always. About the seating in the living room being more or less comfortable is very subjective and every one has his or her opinion. Any way we accept any opinion but it’s disappointing why only now the problems came up because during your stay everything was fantastic. Can’t understand. Any way thanks for your opinion.

Bel appart confortable vue remarquable

L'appartement conforme en tous points avec photos. Stationnement protégé et accessibilité aux restaurants bars et dépanneurs juste en bas de l'appart. Propriétaire disponible et efficace. Ménage une fois semaine. Séjour très apprécié .

Excellentes vacances

Superbe appartement, grand, climatisé et très bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur la piscine et la marina . Parking en sous-sol sécurisé très pratique avec un accès direct à l'appartement par ascenseur. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible. Nous avons découvert Albufeira et sa région , avec de magnifiques plages et de bons restaurants. En résumé, tout était réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances en Algarve.
