Great location & in excellent condition!

We enjoyed our stay in Naples at this beautiful condo. The views and location were great and the walk to the beach was easy. We were able to take advantage of restaurants and shopping nearby. The patio was a great spot for cocktails at sunset and coffee in the morning. The condo had everything we needed and was very well maintained. We'll be back!

Serene Naples condo with a superb view

We have stayed at several Naples condos in the Vanderbilt area and this might just be our new favourite! Everything about it was easy and it’s a great unit and building. Location is amazing. Thanks Tina, we loved your place!

This a beautiful condo with an amazing view. Very clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything you could need. Very nice pool and 5-minute walk to the beach. We had a great week and hopefully we will back next year!

Beautiful location and view

The condo in Naples was perfect for us. It was literally a two-minute walk from the beach and had a view of the Bay from the screened in porch. Parking was right in front of the building. There were two well-sized bedrooms plus a den and two full bathrooms plus laundry room. The eat-kitchen is completely renovated. The condo was fully equipped and Tina was always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay there again.

What a great location! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, love the screened patio for enjoying the view and even seeing dolphin. The walk to the beach is easy. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. Great path for running. Very close to some fun on the beach dining and places to enjoy a drink during sunset. Can not wait to go back!!

Home from home condo by the beach

This condo has everything you would want for a fantastic holiday in Naples. It is in the perfect location for visiting nearby beaches one of which the award winning Delnor Wiggins State Park is only 5 minutes walk away. All the beaches in Naples are beautiful and this is one of the many reasons we return time and time again. The condo is extremely well equipped and is immaculate. It has a lovely patio/lanai and we often spend time out there with a cool glass of wine taking in the view of the inland waterways. It is not unusual to see dolphins swim and play just in front of you! The photos do not do this condo justice it is a 5 star property and has recently been remodeled to a very high standard, the owner has very good taste in decor. There are lots of lovely restaurants within a mile radius of the property (Turtles, The Lighthouse, Flemings, The Ritz Carlton, La Playa beach resort not to mention the 30 others in and around Naples. We love our visits to Naples and it is made even more special by staying at this condo. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Naples Condo!

After having lived in Naples for 17 years, we returned to Naples for a visit. This condo was in the PERFECT location. We could walk across the street to the beach or lounge by the condo pool. For meals, we could grill out by the pool, cook in the beautiful condo kitchen or enjoy all the great restaurants nearby. We even rented bikes for the week so the kids could ride their bikes to the movies, ice cream parlor or grocery store. You can even ride your bike to the library. The beautifully landscaped area makes you want to ride a bike so you can enjoy the scenery even more! As you can tell we didn't want to leave, and when we do return to Naples this is the condo we will rent! The condo is in a very peaceful area, beautifully decorated and cozy. Like I said... This is the perfect Naples Condo! ENJOY!

Great Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Naples. It was a home away from home. We had every convience that was needed, kitchen well supplied, plenty of beach towels, chairs etc. There are nearby stores, restaurants, flee markets, plenty of concerts,and many other activities. The Naples Phil. is very close and we enjoyed that immensely. On the whole we had a great 7 weeks. Would recommend this location highly.
