Welcome to our second-floor 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo with a den and an attached garage. It is located in L'Ambiance of Pelican Bay. It has a wide open south view of a water feature with fountain and the mstrbdrm overlooks a waterfall feature. It is feels very airy and spacious with 10' ceilings and the living room has a full wall of double sliding doors to the lanai. Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are new. Our condo is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and freshly painted with California shutters on all the windows. The community pool, pickleball, fitness centerwith hot tub and shopping including groceries, drug store, restaurants, bank etc are within walking distance. The beach is a short shuttle/bike ride or a 3 minute drive away.
As a guest at L'Ambiance you enjoy full access to all the amenities of Pelican Bay including 18 tennis courts, 20 Pickleball courts, tram to the 2 1/2 miles of private beach through pristine mangroves, beach chairs, beachside restaurants & bars, kayaking, and biking along a 2.5 mile scenic trail. Kayaking, fishing & boating are all close by.
We are within walking distance to the full service multimillion dollar community centre, including a fitness centre with free weights, weight machines, treadmills etc along with yoga and pilates classes. There is also a wellness studio that offers massages and other treatments along with a business center. We are also within walking distance to all the shopping and dining at the MERCATO. A Slice of Paradise

What a beautifully decorated and well maintained property! It was a very comfortable and spacious home as well. The amenities available in Pelican Bay are amazing! We loved spending beautiful days riding the bikes provided, spending the afternoons at the beautiful beach club and L’Ambiance pool. What a beautiful area! It is definitely a little slice of Paradise. We would definitely rent this property again.

Extended Stay

We stayed here for 3 months while our Condo was being remodeled (March through June of 2016). The owners were very accommodating and helpful. The Condo is spacious, bright and newly furnished with a beautiful view. It is within walking distance of all the necessary amenities including fitness center, grocery store, bank, cleaners and beach and would be especially appealing to renters without a car. We have stayed in several other rentals in Pelican Bay and found this one to be the best in our experience.
