Private villa with a swimming pool,sea view,garden,garage and parking lot,2 minute walk to the sea. The villa is a consists of ground floor and first floor, ground floor consists of kitchen, dining room,common room, a single-bed room and a toilet with a shower. First floor conists of two double-bed bedrooms, one single-bed bedroom and a bathroom, first floor has its own terrace. The ground floor leads has an outdoor dining area on a large terrace which is directly connected to the swimming pool area and an exit to the beach.
