Great spot for cycling holiday, large group easily accommodated, within easy reach of amenities and popular routes. Being at the bottom of Hautacam made for a solid start to the holiday!Host super helpful and very responsive.

We had an excellent holiday. Lot of space for a larger group. Large garden. calm neighbourhood. Enough space to park several cars. Nice view. Lots to do in the area. We really enjoyed it there.

Vacation with group of friends (age 23-30)

We had a great stay in this house! A lot of things to do within an hour drive, a supermarket close by and a big garden to run around. We loved the house, with the outside terrace and the pool to cool off. Can recommend!

We were a group of cyclists experiencing the TDF. A great property for a large group. Amazing location and all required amenities available. Hosts responded quickly to all requests. Highly recommended

Great family stay in the heart of the Pyrénées

The house was perfect for our group of 7 including adults and teenagers. We had a lot of good times dipping in the pool on hot days. The house is spacious, the kitchen, eating and living areas large, clean, comfortable and nicely updated. The area itself is perfect for nature lovers, hikers, or those who love cycling.

Excellent property perfect for family getaway

Fabulous house in beautiful rural setting. We stayed for a week with 13 people ranging in age from 6 to 80 and there was something to suit everyone. The property itself is perfect in terms of the facilities it offers and its proximity to Argeles Gazost and the mountains. The table tennis table and play pool were used every day and we also used some of the bicycles to ride to Argeles and Lourdes. The children loved the luge in the mountains and swimming pool in Argeles. As a family, we also enjoyed trips to the market in Argeles (fantastic!), the cable car and chair lift at Cauterets, Lourdes and San Sebastian (beautiful city but a longer road trip than we expected). We would all unanimously recommend this property and area. Five stars definitely!

Lovely base for Cyclists

We chose this property as a group of cyclists coming to cycle some famous Cols and see the Tour de France. It is a great position to cycle to Hautacam, Aubisque, Luz Ardiden and Tourmalet. It is in beautiful setting with nice bedrooms, 3 with ensuite and family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for a big group. It's not really walkable to Argeles but there are two lovely restaurants 20 minutes walk away Le Petit Couassert in Beaucens and the Buick on the Hautacam. Do book in advance of arrival and bring an umbrella if you can! We struggled a bit with the TV but had a GCN subscription so could watch Tour de France with that. The owners are very helpful with any queries. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in fabulous house with epic views

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were stunning and we were all blown away by the location. The house had everything we needed for entertainment, comfort and cooking. We spent lots of time playing pool, ping pong, splashing in the pool, playing boules in the garden and watching films on the projector cinema! There are so many adventures to be had close by...I highly recommend the local swimming pool in Argeles and the pic du midi cable car ride is absolutely amazing (even the drive to get there but it's not for the faint hearted!) but only go in fair weather as the views are unbelievable. Also, definitely recommend the hautacams for luge, cycle ride in the sky (all ages from 7 to 45 went on the luge). Argeles market on Tuesday morning was brilliant too. I imagine this would be a great stay in the snowy winter months too, so we might just need to come back again and try this out next time!

Cycling stay in the Pyrenees

Fabulous stay in Prechac! Group of 12 friends on a cycling trip to various points in France. The location and amenities were wonderful. Great access to the classic TdF climbs as well as new found favourites. But very enjoyable to come back to the home and debrief in the house that has well appointed and large kitchen space and table next to the kitchen. And though the pool is not large nor heat d it provided good cold water treatment to tired legs. All rooms and beds as advertised. Danielle went above what is asked by providing an additional air mattress for our large group. Plenty of room to store all our bikes as well in the garage. And leading up to the trip and during the trip provided plenty of information and was readily available as was the caretaker, Kevin. The two restaurants recommended were exceptional as well, especially Le Buoic. The home is situated so close to Argeles-gazost that we were easily able to drive in pre ride to get our daily patisserie fix too. Look forward to our return. Merci Danielle!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet maison qui est spacieuse, avec de très grandes pièces agréables à vivre, ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace tout en profitant de moments conviviaux. La maison est également très bien équipée tout est pensé pour que l’on ne manque de rien, que ce soit pour cuisiner, se détendre ou profiter pleinement du séjour.Le cadre est magnifique et l’environnement très agréable. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et recommandons cette location sans hésiter !

Grande maison et grand jardin, à l’abri du trafic automobile assez dense d’Argeles. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse, la petite piscine et le billard.Les propriétaires, à distance depuis l'Angleterre, se sont montrés très réactifs pour régler quelques difficultés. Les chambres au sous-sol sont un peu sombres, difficiles à aérer. D’où la présence de gros déshumidificateurs sonores - seul bémol du séjour - que l’on peut couper néanmoins en temps voulu.
