This lovely Nevisian apartment comes with a sunset view against the backdrop of the pristine Oualie beach. Bay Breeze is a one minute walk from Oualie Beach, the Dive Shop and Dining and the water taxi to sister island St. Kitts. Bedroom is appointed with queen bed, AC, walk-in closet and en-suite. There is an additional queen bed in the open concept living area. Kitchen has modern appliances and is properly stocked with crockery and utensils to cook and and serve a meal for 6 persons. Smart TV, WIFI and Cable. are included. This self contained apartment is located directly below a two bedroom villa.

Why they chose this property

Bay Breeze was our first home in St. Kitts Nevis. Although I was born and raised in St. Kitts both of my parents were from Nevis and I had spent many happy summer vacations in Nevis during my childhood. I feel really connected to Nevis and I really wanted a piece of that particular rock with its clay soil and lovely mango trees. We will probably retire at Bay Breeze.
