- Notes on accommodation: Children are very welcome at Seascape, though guests should be aware that this is a first floor apartment with a balcony deck. The property is non-smoking throughout, and (sorry) does not accept pets. Seascape`s electric heating and hot water system is supported by Solar panels. A travel cot & high chair are also available at this property free of charge but must be requested on your booking prior to arrival. A starter selection of toiletries will be provided. A good housekeeping bond of £200 is required to be lodged during your stay, returnable upon departure. Outside: Outside ground level store suitable for storage of cycles and other leisure equipment. The property has two private balconies - One to the front overlooking the rocky shore (great for rock pooling with or without the kids) towards the Farne Islands, and one to the rear off the kitchen dining room, making the most of evening sun. Utility Room: Iron/ironing board Outside shed with 2 sets of golf clubs. Private car parking Washer/Drier Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, bed linen, towels, electricity and heating is included. A starter selection of toiletries will be provided. Other: The property has two private balconies - one to the front overlooking the rocky shore (great for rock pooling with or without the kids!) towards the Farne Islands, and one to the rear off the kitchen dining room, making the most of evening sun.

- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
