Great family trip

This house was so perfect for our large family with a variety of ages. Lots of space and seating for all at dinner. The kitchen was huge and 2 refrigerators was huge. We also used the elevator due to an ankle injury. The house was very sandy when we arrived - we have done this beach trip many times and realize it is the beach but this house was extra sandy. The pool was good but wasn’t cleaned so it also had sand. All of these things were just cleaning service but we would totally book the house again. The space was great.

Beautiful Beach, no communication!

The Beach is beautiful, the house is spacious and come with lots of perks. I feel like the house was clean, but not super clean so if your picky about sand this house is not for you. I had to contact the rental company for details about check in. We asked for the pool to be heated with our initial reservation but there seemed to be confusion around that the day we checked in, so the first night the pool was cold even though i inquired about it multiple times. The pool needed a vacuum, but they did send someone out after we called and cleaned the pool. I never really spoke with anyone, it was more like you leave a message and then someone shows up randomly. The elevator did not work the first or last day, basically the days we really would have used it. I do think it's a temperamental elevator and it might have been user error. A couple of the bedroom TVs were not working, but who needs TV when your on the ocean. The beds were comfy and the views fantastic. The pier was a mile down the beach and a great place to get a cocktail. You do have to haul you linens up, and make your own bed. Not a huge deal but if you can't work the elevator it is a workout. We had my parents with us, it would be a lot for seniors to do on their own. This house is not good for anyone not ok walking up lots of stairs. All in all a good stay. Thanks for the week!
