Marians house in El Divino was perfectly clean and tidy both inside and outside. Everything was in good working order. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly. The pool and grounds are kept in prestigious condition and in September we found it quiet and relaxing. Communication with Marian was good and we have no complaints whatsoever.Best wishes Robert and Anne

Marion's villa was lovely, clean with all the amenities you could need and the air conditioning was very effective. The villa was spacious and well equipped for 6 guests. The pool & pool area were perfect, with sun beds being provided.Our room was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Julie was there to greet us and kindly allowed us to check out late which allowed us to make the most of our last day. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend.

The house was exceptionally well maintained and equipped. The description was accurate. We had a fabulous 3 week stay. The grounds and pool are clean and well kept. very nice house for family vacations and very clean, nothing to say. very nice to have the swimming pool nearby and secure. the sea is 20 minutes away on foot but there are plenty of free parking spaces. we spent a pleasant holiday in the sun and calm.

Excellent holiday - home from home

We had a fantastic 10 days at this property. The description of the house and location are 100% correct. It cost 10 euros from the airport. the house is in avery quiet area and is only a short walk from shops & restaurants. The house itself is really a hoem from home. We had a great week in Marion’s house. Facilities and location were ideal and we had everything we needed. My son chose to sleep on the sofa bed which was great quality and so easy to use. Julie was on hand with any issue we needed help with. Would recommend.

Perfect!

This apartment is fantastic. Spotless, well equipped and great location. Will 100% be back to this apartment, 5 min walk to main strip great sized pool which is also well maintained. Loads of pool towel’s available and air con included was a must for me and it was great. Check in and out was seamless. Thank you very much and hopefully we will be back soon!

Divino holiday

Although this house is on a nice complex the property itself is very tired and is in dire need of updating. Unfortunately we encountered many small problems that made our stay less pleasant than it could have been . Property manager was very helpful

Clean, comfortable and with home comforts

We really enjoyed staying at this property with it having all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is nice and quiet whilst only being a few minutes walk from the main bar / restaurant area. The house is well equipped and has many personal touches that make it a lot friendlier than a self catering apartment. Check-in was easy and when there was a slight air conditioning problem, communication was great and it was resolved within a day. Thankyou

Los Alcázares holiday.

The property is a spacious house in a quiet location within a well-maintained complex with two good-sized pools. The property is reached via a secured entrance gate to a quiet path. We stayed for 13 nights and wished we had booked for longer.The pool and surrounding area never got too busy.We had a slight problem with the wi-fi initially but this was quickly resolved after a visit by the engineer.We had a lovely time in Los Alcazares and would love to come back.

Lovely Property in a well maintained complex

We stayed at Casa SnikSnak for 2 weeks from 18th July 2015 to 1st August 2015 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We regularly travel to Los Alcazares and have previously stayed at Il Divino which is a lovely complex with a well maintained grounds and 2 swimming pools. Casa Snik snak is a well furnished house with many facilities uncluding a dishwasher which is a bonus. Il Divino is in easy walking distance of the beach, shops bars and restaurants and makes an ideal base. There is a barbecue at the house and cooking facilities which gives the choice of cooking at home or going out. Overall a great place and I would highly recommend for a family holiday.
