The Gite delivered exactly what we wanted, a comfortable stay in a peaceful rural setting. Very well equipped and very comfortable. Our hosts made us very welcome.

A beautiful place

Beautiful property, ideal for a peaceful idyllic stay. The property feels remote but is actually within really easy distance of the pleasant village of St Pardoux la Riviere which has a couple of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Lots to see and do in the surrounding areas and we could easily have spent longer in this part of Perigord.

Vacation at its best

Beautiful Gite clean and very welcoming the host were friendly and helpful in getting us settled in . Nothing was to much bother if we needed help. Peaceful surroundings and lovely garden to relax in . Would highly recommend the beautiful Gite

Fabulous !

Really lovely gite, lots of space inside and out. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Ruth & Adrian were great hosts, there if needed but never intrusive. Bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated too. Lots to do in the local area. We had a fabulous two week stay. Beautiful hand made baskets to purchase as a souvenir too.

Un gîte magnifique au bout d'une impasse tranquille, à l'orée des bois. Un grand jardin privatif permet de profiter d'ambiances différentes, ensoleillées ou à l'ombre. Le gîte est grand, bien décoré, cosy. On a la sensation de dormir à la belle étoile alors qu'on est à l'intérieur. A 10 min en voiture de Saint-Pardoux pour les courses. Marchés, baignade, sites historiques, grotte à proximité. On ne s'ennuie pas. Les hôtes sont prévenants et discrets. Si on aime les oiseaux, la nature, la tranquilité, c'est le paradis ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Un endroit où se ressourcer dans un décor magnifique

C'est un lieu de séjour inoubliable grâce à l'attention des hôtes, au sens de la décoration tant intérieure qu'à l'extérieur dans le jardin, la terrasse et tout l'environnement. C'est l'idéal pour être tranquille, au milieu de la nature avec un équipement largement supérieur à la moyenne dans le logement. Nous avons passé 4 jours des plus agréables !

Een heerlijke, rustige en speciale plek

We hebben een heerlijke en relaxte vakantieweek gehad in dit unieke perigord-huisje met prachtige natuur als omgeving. Ver weg van alle drukte, maar met voldoende voorzieningen dichtbij. Ruth en Adrian hebben ons geweldig ontvangen en waar nodig geholpen, rekening houdend met onze privacy. Kortom een prachtige speciale plek om met z'n tweeën te genieten met zorgzame "hosts" om op terug te vallen. Zeker waard om nog eens terug te komen.

Gîte de qualité dans un environnement magnifique.

Très belle location, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée, parfaitement calme, dans une magnifique campagne, en lisière de forêt. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le charme du gîte et sa signature artisanale. Très beau jardin et terrasses pour profiter de cet environnement entretenu et préservé, et pour contempler le ciel étoilé. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur discrétion et leurs bons soins !
