Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. 200m² enclosed garden. On the ground floor: a spacious 38m² living room, a 12m² fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and necessary appliances. On the ground floor: all parquet flooring, a double bedroom (one 140x190cm bed), a second bedroom (one 180x190cm bed), and a mezzanine that can accommodate an additional person. A 7m² bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. Private parking. The accommodation. Private parking for one car with a gated entrance + possibility of parking a second car. vehicle. The Dronne River is 200 m from the house. Located 10 minutes from Brantôme, Villars Cave, Puyguilhem Castle, and Boschaud Abbey. Close to many lakes with facilities for children (Saint Estephe or Saint Saud lakes). Sheets, pillows, and pillowcases are provided (upon request). Well-behaved pets are welcome. Cleaning before departure is requested. The house is non-smoking. Wifi and TV are available. Guest access. The entire The house is accessible except for a wardrobe and the garden shed.
