Typical Aeolian house surrounded by the greenery of Salina. On the ground floor the house has two double bedrooms with extra bed, large living room (with single built-in sofa bed), with kitchen and bathroom with all comforts. On the first floor, double bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette, for a total of 8-9 beds. The outdoor areas are equipped with deck chairs and tables, perfect for enjoying the scents of the garden and the cool evening after long days at the beach. The minimum stay is one week.
There is, on request, car parking inside.


The house is a few steps from the sea, a few steps from the town center (basic necessities). Upon your arrival we will be happy to offer you all that useful information to guarantee you an excellent stay.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb von Santa Marina, fußläufig zu Restaurants, Läden, Hafen und Steinstrand. Sehr netter Empfang mit vielen Erklärungen zum Haus. Die obere kleine Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang und Fernsicht bis Stromboli, Panarea, Lipari und Sizilien , die untere Wohnung hat eine tolle große schattige Terrasse. Alles ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und sehr sauber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für Alles! Herzliche Grüße

Un alloggio perfetto nel cuore di Salina

We spent in Salina the last week of July with a group of American friends. The house is perfect for a group or renting only one unit, for a couple or a family. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that the 3 units of the house are completely independent. In fact they offer total privacy but the patio and the upper terrace comfortably gather the entire group. The house is tastefully decorated and offers all the amenities'. Our requests were met promptly by the owners, very nice people who will advise on typical restaurants, sightseeing, shopping etc. We could not have found a better place! Thank you for a warm and attentive hospitality! Ci Abbiamo passato l'ultima sttimana di luglio con un gruppo di amici americani. La casa e' perfetta per un gruppo o volendo fittare solo una parte, per una coppia o una famiglia. Siamo stati piacevolemnte sorpresi nel constatare che le 3 unita' della casa sono completamente indipendenti. Offrono una totale privacy ma il patio e la terrazza superiore raccolgono comodamente l'intero gruppo. E' arredata con gusto ed offre tutte le comodita'. Ogni nostra richiesta e' stata soddisfatta tempestivamente dai proprietari, persone dleiziose che vi consiglieranno ristornati, escursioni, shopping ecc. Non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio! Grazie mille per un'accoglienza calda e attenta !

Perfect for our group

We had 4 couples staying here for a week in July. Usually the pictures on VRBO are better than the actual house, but not in this case. The house was even better. The location relative to the market, bakery and the sea was great. I started each day with a short walk down the street and a dip in the sea followed by an espresso and breakfast on the covered patio. Evening cocktails on the upper level deck was awesome. The owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Be aware that the second switch in the bathrooms is for the hot water heaters. We all turned them off by mistake and thought there was a problem with the hot water but it was our mistake. I would highly recommend this place for 4 couples. It would also accommodate 5 or 6 kids pretty easily.

Casa e host meravigliosi!

Abbiamo passato 12 giorni in questa splendida location, ero già stato qui (in questa stessa casa) circa 15 anni fa ed avevo bellissimi ricordi...più che confermati! La casa è in perfetto stato, arredata in stile eoliano con molto gusto. Il patio e la terrazza sono a dir poco fantastici perfettamente aderenti a quanto mostrato nelle foto. I proprietari che ci hanno accolto sono persone molto piacevoli e curano ogni particolare con la passione di chi ama questo posto e vuole trasmettere questo amore a chi vi soggiorna, ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio ed hanno reso la nostra vacanza confortevole. L'interno della casa è curato e completo di qualsiasi suppellettile possa essere necessario oltre che fresca e sopratutto asciutta (nelle isole sono due aspetti non facilmente coniugabili). Salina rimane a mio parere la piu equilibrata tra le isole Eolie, combinando un'offerta completa adatta sia a giovani ragazzi che a famiglie in un contest a dir poco mozzafiato. Peccato non possa postare qui le nostre foto..capireste. Spero di poter tornare ancora...ed è questo il miglior consiglio che potrei dare a chiunque legga questo post!

bella villa tipica eoliana

La villa è composta da due appartameni all'interno della stessa proprietà, eravamo due famiglie di 6 e 4. La casa nel tipico stile eoliano con arredamenti esterni molto funzionali e con un bel tavolo per le nistre cene da 10 persone. Salottini esterni molto carini nell'ambito della villa dove c'erano anche degli alberi di limone. La casa è pulita e ben tenuta con un bellissimo terrazzo che guarda Lipari. Per raggiungere la casa bisogna fare una salita di 50 mt ma è necessario al fine di avere la casa con una vista meravigliosa. La casa è vicina al corso di Maria di Salina e al porto tanto da poterci facilmente andare a piedi avendo ormeggiato il gommone. La cucina è piccola ma funzionale tanto da cucinarci tutte le sere senza nessuna difficolta. La casa è fresca anche grazie alle pale che sono state posizionate all'interno delle camere da letto una delle quali solo con una finestra mentre l' altra con finestra esterna sul patio. Non vi meravigliate se vi troverete in giardino un bellissimo gattino che fa parte dei gatti di salina . I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ottimo l'aperitivo di benvenuto e gli omaggi gastronomici.

Settimana incantevole

Settimana davvero da incorniciare. Il proprietario è sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. La casa nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era molto pulita, arredata con gusto, confortevole e fresca grazie alla presenza di ventilatori a parete. Inoltre aveva un terrazzino super panoramico dove la sera ci siamo intrattenuti a fare romantici aperitivi. Tutta la struttura è immersa nel verde ed è molto tranquilla. La casa è a pochi passi dal centro. L' unica pecca è che purtroppo non ci sono note negative e quindi alla partenza eravamo tristissimi perché non saremo mai voluti andare via questo posto. Faremo sicuramente ritorno.

Confortevole

Buona posizione, abbastanza centrale a 10 minuti dal porto. Un po' ripida la salita che arriva alla casa, ma ci può stare. Buoni spazi all'aperto anche ben arredati. Peccato che tutte le sedute sono scomode. Nei giorni spaventosamente caldi in cui siamo stati a Salina, abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Non è una casa fresca. Un po' fastidiosa la necessitá assoluta del pagamento in contanti. Proprietari molto gentili ed educati. È stato un soggiorno piacevole. Alla prossima
