Located just 10 metres from Treyarnon beach, this is a lovely comfortable house with a large garden. The balcony and all upstairs rooms offer stunning views across the beach to Trethias Island and the Atlantic ocean. The property has central heating and double glazing so is a great place to visit in both summer and winter. Space for 4 cars with off road parking. Well behaved dogs are very welcome!

Great for large families, enough room for 3 cars, 4 at a pinch. Beach on doorstep is perfect for young children and dogs (we have no dogs, they didn't bother us). Small store in car park is useful, larger store at Constantine bay.

An amazing house , in the most idyllic location. Plenty of space and fully equipped . House beginning to need repairs now -obvious damp in twin room and main bathroom with paint flaking off , garden furniture needs an update & the kettle bbq needs replacing as all rusted away underneath . We have had perfect weather and a fabulous break . A for sale sign went up while we were there - but hope new owner still rents it out for the summer

A wonderful week in one of our favourite spots for activities and relaxing. Atlantic House was the perfect base for us and it felt like home from home. A wonderful, cosy, spacious property to really feel you’re getting away from it all.

Fabulous house in an amazing location right beside a beautiful beach and lovely walks walks from the door. Quiet garden and great parking facilities. All the house is well appointed. Extremely well equipped kitchen and utility. Very useful shower by the back door for coming back up from swimming or surfing.

Wonderful house with great views of the beach from the bedrooms and three different outside eating areas in the large, secluded garden. Very comfortable and well equipped - felt like a proper family house rather than an anonymous business let. Thank you for letting us share it!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the great location. Just 10 meters from the beach, and 20 meters from the Treyarnon Bay shop you have everything you want at your fingertips.

What makes this property unique

Atlantic House is the perfect place to go to get away from it all. You can either relax and wind down, or fill your time with activities like surfing, or golf. Being so close to the sea gives Atlantic House a fantastic view over Treyarnon Bay, with a lovely balcony to enjoy watching the sun go down from. There is plenty of space to relax in with a good sized garden and lots of living space to spread out in.
