Pointe Santo E31 Where the Sun Meets the Sea!
Designer decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo with all the amenities you need for a Great Vacation! Just steps from the beach, the pool and the hot tub! Fun activities at the clubhouse for kids and adults. Relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset from the lanai! We provide beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Wi-fi is included along with dish network and smart tv's so you can Hulu, Netflix and Prime Video. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a welcome email with a code for entry into the condo. We are available for any questions or requests during your stay. We love to visit Ding Darling Preserve during low tide to see all of the birds and sometimes alligators! There is kayaking and paddle boarding, bike riding on all sorts of trails and lots of great restaurants. There are bike paths throughout the island which make forest exercise and family time! Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball and Shuffle Board available for all guests. Security on site in the evening.

My husband and I just bought our condo in December of 2015 and are excited to be a part of the Pointe Santo Community. We have the great pleasure of owning and working in our company Echelon Design - an Exhibit Design and Marketing Company based in the Chicago land area.
Why they chose this property
We have been visiting Sanibel and Pointe Santo for almost 15 years now as we have family who owns a unit in the complex. We are business owners who have had the opportunity to travel extensively but cherish our time in Sanibel and it's one of our favorite places to "just be" and relax.
What makes this property unique
The view of the beach and sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking. The sunrises are just as beautiful and it's a great way to start the day! We love the morning strolls on the beach, shelling, the dolphins and the occasional sighting of the Eagles that have made a nest in one of the trees down the way from Pointe Santo.
