PAWS IN THE SAND is a beautiful new pet-friendly, with gated yard, private sparkling pool, beach home located in North Cape San Blas. There are 3 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bathroom. The home has extra-wide 12X30 comfortable decks and a 1/2 acre yard. Hardwood floors throughout, no carpet! The Beach and Bay is only a 5 minute walk with private access. The bay access includes kayak launching or possibly a small boat. State park is within a 1/2 mile.

There are 3 bedrooms home with 2½ baths. No need to worry about children sleeping on a different level from parents, all bedrooms are on the same floor, cable TV and WIFI throughout the house.

There is a large kitchen with many household appliances for all your needs, including an extra large refrigerator all your goodies. Also, there is a second full size refrigerator in the foyer to store your favorite beverages while you are BBQing or enjoying the firepit or pool.

The home is in a secluded area located in a very quiet, pet-friendly area with low noise and sparse traffic. No houses on all four sides gives complete privacy to enjoy a relaxing time by the sparkling pool.

No houses on all four sides gives complete privacy away from all the hassle being located on the beach and houses being stacked next to each other.

No events over the occupancy of the house and No Smoking.

Amazing vacation!

My family and I had an amazing vacation! We have 4 kiddos under the age of 9 and this house was so clean, safe, and fun. The pool was locked, which I loved from a safety aspect. The beach was absolutely beautiful and there were very few people on the beach.

A wonderful stay!

We had an amazing and much needed time away from home. This place felt like home away from home! My 2 year old loved the bunk beds and thought they were so fun! Loved the views from the decks and pretty much had everything we needed! Location was perfect for us. Walked our dogs and just a short drive or walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool every day! So did our fur babies. Overall very pleased with our selection and stay! Thanks for the great communication Tony!

Lovely spot on the Cape near the state park

House was great for a beach week. Very good location and just minutes from the beautiful state park. The trails and observation decks are highly recommended. Loved the coffee at Cape Ice Cream, minutes away, as well as the tacos at Peachy's. Also enjoyed trips to Port St. Joe with its shops, coffee houses and restaurants (Port Poke is very good). The oysters at the Indian Pass raw bar were the best ever! Weather cooperated and the decks at the house provide both sun and shade when needed. It is a lovely area with that feel of old Florida.

The home was very clean and even larger than it appears in pictures. It has a great location with quick access to gulf and bay. It was very windy the first few days of our stay and the pool with privacy fence was an ideal escape with great wind protection. We would Definitely stay here again.

Everything was expected and more at Paws in the Sand. Our dogs felt right at home and we all had everything that we needed. The location is absolutely perfect; no neighbors too close and plenty of quiet and privacy. The pool was extremely nice and easy to access. The beach and bay were also not very hard to get to on either side. The kitchen and living room are on the top floor, but there is even a fridge right inside the door on the bottom so that you don’t have to brave the stairs every time you need a poolside drink. I will be recommending this company and location to everyone I know.

Loved Our Stay

This home was perfect for a relaxing low key getaway. We traveled with our 13 year old daughter and two dogs. The home had all the amenities you could need (except beach towels and gear). It was a short walk to the beach which you’ll virtually have to yourself. Long Bills is a nice restaurant that is a 5 minute walk (get the fried pickles). We rented bikes and rode them through the state park. Coming back to relax at the private pool was nice as well. The neighborhood is super quiet and everyone is really friendly.

First experience on the Cape

We loved our stay. House is in great location, easy access to beach.The house was as described, very roomy and spacious. 5 adults and 2 small children. The only complaint I had was floors was really dirty. Everyone’s feet were black on first day before going anywhere. Could not locate a mop, so I went down to local General Store, purchased some 409 and used hand towels to clean the floors- man that felt so much better. Rest of our stay no one had black feet :). Just make sure your cleaning crew is really cleaning after departure of rental. All else was wonderful and will be glad to rent again.

Amazing location

This was my first time usuing vrbo. This house was immaculate and the property was super private. I didn’t want to come home to ohio! My check in date was one day after hurricane idalia touched down, and Tony was so informative and let me know immediately what was going on. (thankfully it wasn’t bad) the fully stocked kitchen was so cool too! 10/10 rating all around.

House was clean and had a great kitchen. Pool was a bit cool but was enjoyed. Bay and Gulf accesses were a bit rustic but usable. Public Gulf beach access was the way to go. Same walking distance as the one listed by owner and had easier access. Beach was beautiful even with a bit of Red Tide. Fishing was exectly what we were looking for in the early fall. Clean water and fish to be had. Local area was great for supplies and good places to eat close by.

This home, experience, and set of owners created the most enjoyable vacation I have ever had the pleasure of going on. I am a frequent weekend home renter and have stayed in many places over the last few years. This home was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in and it was also one of the best priced. I already have two more trips planned for this house in the future and am dreaming of staying as long as possible. The home is in a perfect area. You get the perfect amount of privacy and seclusion mixed with areas near by that allow for certain tourist activities also. The owners were also very accommodating when we arrived in town a little early. Nothing but a perfect experience to rave about. The town, beach, state park, owners, house, and everything else you could imagine is great. Stay here to experience panhandle paradise.

My Paws was perfect for the 4th holiday

When this listing stated no one next to you so more privacy, it was an understatement in the best way. Our kids & pups could run openly and play in the big back lawn. There aren't homes on all three sides. Super easy walk to the beach and we found parking available for the jeep that carried all the days' beach setup every time. The kitchen very well stocked even with crock pots. We do a lot of cooking The extras given to start you off was more than generous. **there are many steps inside not an issue for our group**. How nice to have TWO refrigerators! Nice washer & dryer not cast offs. Check in was so easy. **If you are owners of behaved & well trained dogs this is it! Our dogs are trained, they aren't Huge but they aren't mini's. The weight limits of many VRBO's is very restrictive. The outside shower was great for us all but for the pups was huge. The pups loved the ocean and socializing. Communication with Tony couldn't have been easier. We had a beautiful family holiday here at My Paws at Cape San Blas.
