About this property

Condo in River Run w/ Great Mountain Views, Short Walk to Lifts, Shops, Food

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. Upgrades throughout the condo in Fall, 2020. It offers beautiful views from the private balcony. The extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a new flat screen smart TV above the beautiful gas fireplace and new tile "wood look" flooring. There is a wireless DVD player and a small selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The cozy furniture provides seating for everyone, as well as a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and chair. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. You will also find Murphy bed, with a new mattress, that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living room is access to the private balcony that offers treed and mountain views. You can even see the hiking and biking trail that runs throughout the entire resort.

The full-sized kitchen has new granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five with a small table and breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and offers a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. It has Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In the closet the owner has provided a Pack 'n Play for guest use.

Great location!

We loved this condo. The walk to the lift wasn’t bad at all. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well. The kids loved the hot tub and pool area! We would definitely stay here again!

Building Needs some TLC

Overall we enjoyed the stay. the construction was annoying. They have cut off access to the village over the bridge and you need to walk around. Also the noise. We had sounds of large construction vehichles beeping and reversing at 6am. Same noise while trying to enjoy the hot tub. We found a shaving razor head in the hot tub. That means someone was shaving in there and that they aren't being cleaned properly. The pool was freezing and not swimmable. I've stayed in many condos in keystone with pools in the winter and all were at least 20 degrees warmer. Kids enjoyed the movie room and our condo was nice and comfortable. Only issue is the dishwasher was broken. Couldn't put anything in the bottom rack. Take the dishwasher off the ammenity list if you aren't going to fix it. also no provided dish rack for washing dishes by hand. Would recommend if kitchen issue fixed and when construction next door is finished.

The Springs Condo

The dishwasher in the condo falls off the track easily. The amenities in the condo lobby are sparce compared to our stay last year. No checkers pieces, no chalk for pool table, the waterfall didnt work. Once the construction is done it will be easier to get to town

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. spacious and clean. Nice pool, hot tubs and steam room. Pool table and checkers is great for kids. Short walk to the gondola, though the walk is around a new building under construction. Communication for early checking could be improved. Would rent again.

Beautiful fall stay

We had a nice trip to Keystone. The condo was clean and as described. The balcony view with the fall leaves was beautiful. There was construction near by that caused some path closures and many local shops were not open at this time. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the room we had. We had a problem with the parking garage, not being able to get in and having terrible fumes from the repainting they were doing. There is reconstruction being performed south of the property making it very inconvenient to get in and out. Two of our grandchildren got fiberglass burns on the slide of the pool because there was not enough of water going down the chute. They are both being medically treated. We like the access through a key code to our room and the parking garage, Although the parking garage key code did not work every time.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was spacious and well-designed. Our party of 5 adults was comfortable in the space. However, we did run into a couple of issues. One member of our party got a glass splinter in their foot the night of arrival. Luckily there were no serious injuries. We cleaned the floor thoroughly ourselves afterwards. Secondly, the Wifi did not work for the duration of our stay (2 nights), and neither did the cable TV. The management was notified and we were informed that their was a building-wide internet outage. The location is good with easy access to Breckenridge and Frisco. I would have rated our stay higher had we not run into the aforementioned issues.

Wonderful Condo!

Enjoyed everything about the condo! The amenities such as the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The kid play area, pool table and checkers table were also enjoyed by our family. The location will be even better when the construction is complete and the bridge to the town can be used again.

However, disappointed with with all the construction and not being able to walk to the gondola like we had hoped and done in the past. Also, biggest issue, check in at 4:30! Really? And check out at 10:00 am! Really? Not even 18 hours in the lodging but you pay almost 300.00$ for less than 18 hours! Unless you're short staffed I don't understand how it can take all day to clean a small space since we weren't there long enough to mess it up AND your rules of taking the trash out, washing the dishes, again, leaves not much for anyone to clean up after! We are just a couple, no kids, no pets and are neat, tidy people so felt this was a bit much and again especially with the construction right outside our window so no sleeping in even a little.
