Welcome to this spacious and elegant four-storey Victorian home in the heart of Highbury. Blending classic character with modern comfort, it offers a peaceful retreat just moments from central London.

The home sleeps up to six guests and includes two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. A fully updated smart home system ensures a comfortable stay, while the private south-facing garden, complete with an outdoor dining table for six and a grill, is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

Located on a quiet residential street, the house is within walking distance of Emirates Stadium, parks, and excellent transport links. Buses are 5–10 minutes away, with easy access to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire main house and garden. A separate basement flat has its own private entrance and is fully independent.

You're allowed to have up to 4 visitors for dinner. No parties and no extra guests sleeping on the sofa. Must come inside from the garden at 11 pm.
No wearing shoes in the house. Slippers will be provided.

We’ve called this place home for 16 years and have loved every moment here. The location is fantastic, the house feels bright and welcoming whether it’s sunny or cloudy. Being so close to the parks has been wonderful with the kids, and it’s just as easy to enjoy a day out locally as it is to hop on a bus into central London. Living here has truly been a joy, and it’s a pleasure to be able to share it with others.
