Nice location close to walking paths and parks, Rec Center, movie theater, food and dining in beautiful Spearfish only 25 miles to Sturgis.

You can go anywhere from here. Nice views from the townhouse. Cozy place to settle in and enjoy the rally and the beautiful Black Hills.

This is currently our home and it’s nothing fancy but very comfortable. We have recently purchased this townhouse and find it in a great location. It is approximately 1400 sq.ft. We get some beautiful evening sunsets. We don’t feel like we have a townhouse as we have the end unit with windows on two sides. We have small front deck and a tuck under garage. 1 bedroom and 2 baths on main level and 2 bedrooms in the basement. Main level laundry. Living room, dining and kitchen on main and family room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms in the
basement. Comfortable but not fancy.

Why they chose this property

This is just a ordinary comfortable place to land. It’s close to most anything you could possibly need. water parks, movie theatre, parks, skate parks, walking and biking and fast food restaurants and other good restaurants.
We like our spot and hope you do too.
