Entrance common by portal for the 2 parts of the bastide, separate private garden of about 800 m2 each with two centuries old pines, Provencal country house with terrace and arbor. On the ground floor there is a living / dining room with an extension table and 10 chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table. One bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and adjoining shower / sink. An old renovated kitchen with massive stone sink, fridge / freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, table and worktop, fitted wardrobes. Finally toilet / WC. Outside a south-facing terrace with arbor and west side with garden tables and chairs and sun loungers.
Upstairs, a landing gives access to 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with tub and toilet, a bathroom with shower. One bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a chest of drawers. A small room with French doors opening onto a balcony with outside staircase, 1 or 2 single beds (70 x2) side by side and a secretary. A large bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x2), 1 single bed, 1 large wardrobe. Finally a small room for children with 2 single beds (each 90 cm) This bastide is close to the town center of St Cyr sur mer and its market. Located 2 km from the sea with the beach of St Cyr sur mer. Private car park with 3/4 seats

La maison est bien située pour un accès facile aux commerces de la ville mais l’accès aux plages se fait en voiture. La maison est grande et a beaucoup de cachet. Par contre, une grande partie des affaires des propriétaires a été laissée ce qui rend difficile l’appropriation des espaces.La propreté dans notre cas était moyenne, la literie assez vielle et les équipements très vétustes. Le jardin, quant à lui, est envahi de moustiques ce qui rend compliqué la vie en extérieur.
Grande maison de famille avec un jardin agréable et très calme à l’ombre des pins centenaires. Les commerces et le marché sont à quelques minutes à pied. La plage des Lecques, à 2 km, nécessite un moyen de transport. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil des propriétaires et la souplesse dont ils ont fait preuve sur notre horaire de départ.
Vaste bastide à l'ombre des pins multicentenaires au calme au bout d'1 impasse,tout confort ,ambiance maison de famille très agréable. propriétaires très gentils et très à l'écoute, soucieux du bon déroulement de notre séjour ...le 1er jour,ils nous ont confié : "ici,on se croirait au paradis " : nous partageons tout à fait leur point de vue...à l'unanimité !!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de François qui nous a très bien accueilli. Sur place nous n'avons manqué de rien, la maison se situant à proximité de tous services. La plage se situe à une dizaine de minutes à pieds et il existe de nombreuses activités à St Cyr et ses alentours. Vous ne vous ennuirez pas !
En conclusion, nous recommandons vivement la maison de François.
Nous étions une famille de 9 personnes, nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse, agréable avec ses 2 terrasses, au calme. Chacun a pu trouver sa place grâce au 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Le logement est bien situé, proche de toutes commodités.

La maison est très bien agencée et les chambres sont également agréables.
