Very nice villa, nicely maintained, with a surface area of ​​3x7 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters, easily accessible from an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The English lawn around the pool surrounds the house, throughout the garden. The villa has a very large veranda adjacent to the 3 sides of the villa, with wooden structure and garden furniture, hammock, barbecue, outside shower, TV corner (in addition to that in the living room) and parking space. Inside there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one with bunk bed, one with a double sofa bed, two bathrooms complete with all facilities (shower box), separate kitchenette, living room with satellite TV corner .
