The house is situated in a strategic position just a few steps from the beach and a few meters from the town center, with its shops, cafes, and restaurants, ideal for spending relaxing holidays.
The house located in Via Mazzini, consists of ground floor: large kitchen, living room, covered veranda with awning, equipped kitchen, ideal for your meals in the open air and very comfortable for children.
First floor sleeping area with two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk bed, plus third bed,
Both ground floor and first floor are equipped with bathroom with shower
Panoramic terrace with solarium to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility.

Great stay

Lots of space for our family of 4. In quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the beach, cafes resteraunts and the main strip. The outdoor space was great.

Great stay, great location, great roof deck

We were met by Salvatore and Philipa, our lovely hosts. Beautifully appointed modern apartment, very well equipped kitchen. Location couldn’t be better, near the beach and town with handy grocery shopping nearby. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Der Fußweg zum schönen Strand und paar Schritte ins Zentrum. Alles fußläufig. Bäcker, Lebensmittel usw. Die Unterkunft war auch gut ausgestattet. Gab es Probleme war die Gastgeberin sofort erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt. Das einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit. Stühle rücken der Nachbarn oder Treppen laufen. War für mich manchmal schwer das Baby zum schlafen zu bringen. Parkplatz steht nicht zur Verfügung. Wir haben einen Parkplatz ca. 150 Meter weiter gemietet und unser Auto da stehen lassen. Vor der Tür kann man nur zum be und entladen eine Stunde stehen. Das ist halt noch ein Kostenpunkt gewesen den man mit einplanen muss. Ansonsten alles super.

Gastfreundlicher Empfang. 2stöckige Wohnung mit zusätzlicher Sonnenterrasse in bestem Zustand. Ruhige Lage, Fussdistanz zum Meer. Fahrrad zur Verfügung für die Einkaufsdistanzen. Ein Problem mit dem elektrischen Strom wurde sofort behoben. Beste Disponibilität der Kontaktpersonen.Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Einzig das sehr sazige Wasser aus den Leitungen störte auf Dauer, liegt aber vermutlich an der Wasserknappheit.

Il massimo che si può avere!

Di solito alloggiamo in appartamento e non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così completa, c'è davvero tutto! Prodotti per la pulizia, tovaglie, asciugamani, lenzuola, biciclette, supermercato e pasticceria per brioche a colazione a due passi, due bagni e terrazzo sensazionale. Meglio di cosi! Perfetto.

Tolles Haus

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Nicht weit vom Meer weg (ca.300m) und super zu fuß erreichbar . Wir hatten zwar ein Auto gemietet, haben es aber tagelang nicht benutzt, weil durch die bereit gestellten Räder, Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der direkten Umgebung zur Verfügung stehen.

Saubere neuwertige Wohnung in guter Lage aber…

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet . Es fehlten leider nur so Kleinigkeiten, die wir in anderen Wohnungen nie vermisst hatten, wie zB Gewürze ( Salz) einen Toaster oder die Müllbeutel . Die Fahrräder wurden uns nach Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt, waren aber für eine Radtour zB untauglich, da sie in einem schlechten Zustand waren. Zu erwähnen wäre auch , dass wir leider Pech hatten. Unsere Nachbarn waren Frühaufsteher und man konnte im Schlafzimmer das Stühle rücken auf der Dachterrasse und Treppensteigen so extrem hören, dass ein Ausschlafen nicht möglich war. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Séjour formidable

Très belle maison, très bien située (proche de la plage de sable fin et eau turquoise, proches des commerces, mais très au calme). Accueil charmant des propriétaires. Maison très propre, très bien équipée, chambres spacieuses et bonne literie. 1 terrasse + 1 roof top (génial pour les apéros du soir, avec vue sur la mer et sur le phare). 2 belles salles de bain, climatisation , ... Que demander de plus ! Bref, nous avons passé un séjour formidable et nous recommandons cette location !

Siamo stati qui dal 2 al 10 luglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e i proprietari sono persone squisite, molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura è proprio bella, moderna, spaziosa, pulita e attrezzata come da annuncio...ci si sente come a casa! OLTRE CHE ESSERE IN POSIZIONE IDEALE. Ottimo!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with all the amenities you'd want, with pleasant decoration, located in a quiet neighborhood yet very near the beach. The hosts were attentive, pleasant and most accommodating. Will definitely go back! L'appartamento era molto pulito, confortevole, dotato di tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno, e in più con un bel arredamento, situato in un'area molto tranquilla ma vicinissima alla spiaggia. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!
