The property was as described on advertising ,possibly even better when inside .Lovley roof top.possibly a bit of a welcome pack with milk tea bottled water ,as we arrived at 12.45.Lovley restaurants 10 min walk to front ,but just be mindful on steep hill coming back up . Throughly enjoyed our stay ,thankyou .

We don’t provide a welcome pack as mentioned, but the kitchen is kept permanently well stocked, with various teas, coffee and condiments for cooking. There are also cleaning products and tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. We feel this goes above and beyond what other self catering apartments provide. Please note, the tap water in Portugal is also safe to drink.

The apartment was wonderful. Spacious, well furnished, plenty of room. The view from the apartment and the back deck is great, and the rooftop is even better. The balcony has two chairs and small table as well as a dining table and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need (and more). We actually prepared meals 4 of the 6 nights we stayed. It was so nice that they had salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, and some other various seasonings. The two nights we did go out for dinner was just a walk down the hill. The hill is a little steep, so we drove down and parked closer to the main street to make it easier. One of the pools is just across from the apartment (and can be seen from the kitchen and dining room windows) and pool towels were provided.The host checked on us after our check in to make sure all was well and was planning to come to the apartment to meet us. We declined (as we were just fine) but they were always available if we had any questions or needed anything. We would absolutely stay there again!

Relaxing family holiday

The property is in a great location with elevated views. Peaceful development but walking distance to the town with all it's amenities. Beds very comfy and everything you need for a great holiday.

Wonderful unit in a quiet complex. Property is as shown. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Walking distance to explore Carvoeiro. Multiple pools throughout the complex were a plus also. recommend and we would definitely return. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip.

Very nice and clean condo. Very well equiped for cooking. Terrace with great views of Carvoeiros. Short walk to the beach and town but steep hill. Area felt safe, ideal for families and couples.

We couldn’t have been happier .. beds maybe a tad firm.. but truly reaching for something .. it’s just too lovely for words. Well stocked, friendly, close to everything. There’s a bit off a hill to walk up .. but 4 of us seniors managed it no problem.

Carvoerio is a lovely village style town with a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars and a small beach. Monte Dourado is very well managed, clean pool, beautiful maintained grounds and helpful reception staff. Will definitely return highly recommended!

Beautiful well situated condo with exceptional view

This is a well taken care of property and the owner has covered off all yours needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Great view of the sea from the balcony and rooftop deck, it’s across the street from the heated pool, it’s quiet, comfortable and an easy walk to beaches and restaurants. What an enchanting town.

Portugal holiday

Fantastic stay. From booking to departure our host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all queries. cheCk in process was easy. We had an early flight but we were able to leave bags at reception. The apartment was very spacious and the outside spaces were perfect and gave beautiful views of the sea. The apartment is a perfectly located next to one of the complex pools. The complex itself was immaculate and perfect for families but did not feel crowded. Short walk into the town with plenty of restaurant choices. Looking forward to our stay next year.

Just Perfect

Fantastic, well equipped apartment with amazing views down to Carvoeiro beach. We have stayed in a few properties in the area and this tops the list. The private roof terrace is amazing with 360 degree views and perfect for a sunrise coffee or a sundowner BBQ. Monte Dourado is a great little development with a choice of swimming pools and a friendly reception. Overall a great apartment in a great location.
