We loved this little apartment in the heart of Valencia. It was cool in the heat of the day, there was a sweet balcony to watch the world go by and yet it was quiet at the back where the bedroom was situated. Located just behind City Hall, it was easy to walk to the old town, central market, shops and attractions. And it was easy to catch buses from here too.

The property is in the absolute best location for exploring the Old Town, Central Market, and Russafa - with taxis readily available in the Plaza only a 1 minute walk away. The flat itself is spotless - with a wonderful kitchen (which we used often to cook meals) and a small terrace with a cute dining table and a stunning partial view of the Plaza fountain! The floor plan is ideal for a couple looking to explore the city, and the A/C was strong (and MUCH appreciated during a surprise Valencian heat wave!) Lastly, I cannot say enough nice things about our hosts - communication was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Wonderful people who truly made a special trip to Valencia even more special. Thank you!

Maria was wonderful and the apartment was perfect for our 5 day stay in Valencia. We happened to be there at the start of Fallas and Maria sent us all the information we needed to enjoy ourselves. Big bonus is the quiet bedroom away from the busy streets of the plaza. Such a great location for exploring the winding streets and alleys of old Valencia. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in the heart of the city. Great location to restaurants bars and attractions. There is a parking lot approximately four minutes away where you can leave your car. The check in was smooth and Maria was fantastic to communicate with. It was fun to sit on the little balcony having a glass of wine or your morning coffee. We stayed three nights and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We rented the property to attend Las Fallas in Valencia. This property was in the middle of everything just off the city hall plaza where the mascleta was held at 2 pm every day and where fireworks were set off. Twice I went to the mid-night fireworks in my PJs which is an untold luxury for me since we usually have to drive at least an hour home from fireworks. The property was wonderful.

Wonderful holiday in superb apartment.

Well equipped and very clean apartment in a superb central location. Maria was very welcoming and helpful with tips and recommendations on transport, places to eat and places of interest to visit. Overall had a memorable and very pleasant stay.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Host

My wife and I stayed at this property for four nights and we had a great experience. Right in the middle of everything. Highly recommend this property. The host goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience.

Beautiful Valencia

The apartment was very clean, and well stocked. The owners were wonderful! The location was unbeatable! Easy in, easy out, with elevator! A little noisy at night, but with such an incredible location, it's to be expected. Highly recommended!

A great city centre find

This is a lovely apartment, really well situated in the city centre and within easy reach of many of the nicest areas of Valencia. The apartment is compact and very well equipped with everything you might need. Our host Maria was incredibly helpful and the check in process was seamless. Finally, it felt very secure as well. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Summary A clean comfortable and modern stay in the heart of Valencia, hosted by one of the loveliest soul in Spain. LowlightsAt night there is some street noise from the restaurant below, but nothing that would impact sleep or that I would deter you from booking this property. Highlights The property looks as good in real life compared to the photos. The cleaning was done to a very high standard. The property is located a few steps away from Plaça de l'Ajuntament, and given it’s a small city you can get everywhere from there on foot. The bed was comfortable.The washing machine was very effective, and the host provides washing powder. The air conditioning is effective even during a heatwave. Lastly Maria is genuine and kind host. When she sends you a voice note, it will feel like you have a mother in Valencia in the best way possible. If you need anything she will be there.

Perfect location to enjoy Valencia

The apartment is small but has everything you need and the location is ideal. You can walk to all the historic sights and bus and metro lines are close by. Bedroom is away from the street so was nice and quiet. Maria was very helpful with many restaurant suggestions. We hope to return- our stay wasn’t long enough to see everything in this amazing city!

Amazing place

We spent more than 2weeks in this beautiful apartment. The place is clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of the historic centre of Valencia. Maria is a great host and communicated very well from start to finish. Maria provided us a list of recommendations for sights, restaurants and shopping. It was very useful.

Close to everything and so clean

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Valencia. It is close to the historic center, within walking distance to sights, shops and restaurants, and is very comfortable. The apartment was clean, spacious for two people, quiet, and has a wonderful little balcony. Our host was so helpful and kind as well! The apartment does have AC, although we didn't need it in the winter.

A Perfect Stay in Beautiful Valencia

This apartment is in a perfect location next to Plaza Ayuntamiento (City Hall Plaza). You are steps away from dozens of restaurants, tapas bars and all the major attractions in the Old City. The architecture surrounding this plaza is gorgeous. The north train station and Metro are an easy walk away also. Maria and Juanjo were great hosts and very responsive during the entire process. We stayed almost 2 weeks and wish we had more time. We look forward to returning to Valencia someday soon.

Excellent Stay In Valencia

This is a fantastic property right in the heart of Valencia. The owners were super helpful both pre arrival and on check-in (arrived in a downpour!) and went out of their way to assist with any queries - even so far as borrowing a beach chair from one of their friends for us to use. The property is as described on the web and so handy for all of the city centre attractions. That said, make sure you explore the city as there are many super bars and restaurants scattered around. Only a pity we had to come home!

Great get away.

Maria our host, was in easy communication from the start, met us to check in, showed us how to use the washer, etc. The central location was great, next to a main square. She went above and beyond. On glass was cracked, so her husband appeared that day to bring us another 6 glasses. So helpful.
