Apartment in residence in Stresa, wonderful location in particular and well known area in front of the Borromeo Islands, an oasis of peace and quiet, cool even on the hottest days, a true paradise, ideal for a relaxing stay.
Living room with modern fitted kitchen. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large covered terrace (from where you can also see the lake). Parking space in the garage. Perfect condition, like new.
The apartment (facing south) is very bright and sunny, really enjoyable, especially for the presence of a large covered terrace as outdoor living room is ideal for dining in contact with the green or spend moments of relaxation. Walk in the beautiful surroundings between driveways, gardens, villas and woods.
The area, though quiet and green, is not isolated, but comfortable with all amenities.
At 200 meters from resaturant pizzeria, church etc.., 10 minutes’ walk from the lake (beach, local various kinds, boarding islands and navigation), 15 minutes’ walk from the city center.

Beautiful place and enjoyable stay.

The apartment was comfortable, fully furnished and well located. Few steps from boats to Borromee Islands and cable car to Mottarone. Nice walk to Stresa center with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. After a long day walking you always can relax on a large and well furnished tracce in a quite place.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l appartement. L endroit est très calme et proche du lac (5 min à pieds). L appartement est asser grand et bien équipé, la terrasse est très agréable. L accueil de Renato a été très chaleureux.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eine schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, in der an alles gedacht wurde. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist allerdings ziemlich schmal. Gut gelegen, Altstadt (ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß) und Bootsanleger zu den Inseln (ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß) sind gut erreichbar.Renato ist ein sympathischer und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Urlaub in Carciano/Stresa

Wir verbrachten 14 schöne Urlaubstage in dem schönen Ort Stresa am Lago Maggiore. Von Renato, unserem Vermieter, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Er gab uns auch viele nützliche Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und war auch ansonsten sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Die Klimaanlage im schönen Schlafzimmer tat an heißen Tagen ihren Dienst. Eine nette Pizzeria befindet sich gleich in der Nähe, das Zentrum von Stresa ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der große Balkon hat einen schönen Ausblick auf den grünen Berg und einen seitlichen Seeblick. Die kleine Badebucht, fussläufig ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, hatten wir oft ganz für uns alleine. Accueil chaleureux de Renato

Renato s’est proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare. Son accueil fut chaleureux et appartement très propre. Calme et pas trop loin du centre ville à pied le long des quais et juste à proximité de l’embarcadère pour les îles. Très bon séjour pour nous.

Schönes Appartment mit allem, was so gebraucht wird braucht wird.

Sehr ruhige und grüne Gegend oberhalb des Sees und ca 2 km vom Ortszentrum entfernt, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Tiefgarage, zwischen Schlafzimmer oben(klimatisiert) und Bad unten schmale Wendeltreppe, man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Es war alles vorhanden, selbst Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Waschmittel etc. Die Lage ist phantastisch ruhig und grün, mal kurz baden gehen ist dadurch aber nicht möglich. Je nachdem was man sucht. Schöner großerBalkon, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, eine kurze SMS und 10 Minuten später war Renato zur Stelle.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Rand von Stresa

In der top ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung konnten wir prima kochen. Auf dem riesigen Balkon kann man die Sonne genießen. Preis-Leistung fanden wir wirklich super.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé dans un quartier calme: un peu à l'écart du centre de Stresa qui est accessible par une jolie promenade en bord de lac, et très proche de l'embarcadère pour les îles Borromées et du funiculaire pour le Mottarone. L'appartement est bien équipé et décoré, et doté d'une grande terrasse meublée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée, les relations avec Renato sont très cordiales. Nous recommandons cette location à tous ceux qui veulent visiter le Lac Majeur.
