Nicole is an excellent host, she goes above and beyond to ensure you are able to navigate the neighbourhood, offering many suggestions. The location is a bit far from the “touristy” parts of London (if it’s your first time to London), however, the tube is quick and easy to navigate to get you there and it wasn’t really a problem for us. The property is true to advertised, a great place to stay.

Nicole was a wonderful communicator and was extremely helpful with letting us know all of the information needed about the property and surrounding area. The flat was located in a nice neighborhood, a quick walk to the Queens Park underground station. Nicely decorated as well.

This flat was a nice place for our family of 4. Our teenagers liked having space to spread out at the end of the day. It’s an easy tube ride to everything yet a quieter neighborhood to come home to. Nicole was super responsive both before and during the trip. She was able to allow us to check in a little early, which was very nice after an overnight flight.

Great Host and great location outside the craziness of main London. Gave us a glimpse into the life of an average Londoner with easy access to transportation to see rest of city. Only negative was unable to use backyard due to trampoline. Recommend as a great pick.

Was in the most ideal location in London. Wouldn't trade it for anywhere in the world. London - takes 20 minutes to get anywhere no matter where you are staying. This flat was a relaxing place to come home to. I've stayed in London hotels before and would rather stay here any time. Has a backyard area as well and lots of room to move around. Would totally recommend!!

Our stay here was wonderful - highly recommend this flat and location. The place was clean, well-furnished, and bigger than we expected. Perfect for our vacation with two teenagers who needed their own space. Nicole was responsive and helpful with advice. Tube and bus stations were easy to access - bus stop is just outside the flat. Will definitely stay here again if we return to London.

Nicole and Will have a very nice apartment and are friendly, helpful hosts. The location worked well with the tube station nearby, there are excellent restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

The flat was easy to get to from Heathrow on the train. After a short walk from Queen's park Station check instructions were clear , the flat was clean and definitely roomy enough for a family of four. Great home base for a London adventure!

Nicole is a very responsive and considerate host. The apartment itself has generous rooms and is well furnished. Many of the appliances are new and it seems that the host is rapidly improving the space.The neighborhood of Queens Park is welcoming. Transit is good and the variety of neighborhoods makes for interesting shopping and eating.

The flat was clean and comfortable and our host Nicole was at all times helpful and communicative. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in a neighborhood that was not touristy and had wonderful local restaurants and shops, but also easy access to the tube (Bakerloo and Lioness lines) and many bus routes.
