About this property

Spacious 1 bedroom accommodation, sleeps 2 with communal pools

Situated only 150 metes from the beach, our ground floor apartment is reached by passing through beautifully kept tropical gardens and walkways where you will immediately notice how tranquil the area is. There is a large pool and sunbathing area with sun loungers, all within the grounds. On reaching the apartment there is a patio area with table and chairs for your own personal use. There is a spacious lounge with a large, comfortable sofa, Smart TV with many channels, dining table, chairs, coffee and a ceiling fan. A breakfast bar leads to the well equipped kitchen area, where you will find a full oven, 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge/small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, iron, and all cooking utensils needed for a self catering holiday. The bedroom has Scandinavian sized single beds with full length mirrored wardrobes, a ceiling fan and safe. The bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower, WC. wash hand basin and washing machine. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

Lanzarote: lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breath taking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.

Car Hire: If you do want to see the sights of Lanzarote there are many car hire offices close by, please remember to bring your driving licence with you.

A relaxing and pleasant cottage

The cottage is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the quietness of the location and the swimming pool. We recommend it to other guests who are looking for a peaceful site near the strand. Itwand the sea.

Great Stay

Loved our stay at Playa Park Bungalow, Well equipped and clean accomodation. Plenty of loungers and space at the pool. Quiet but close enough to restaurants and bars. The promanade is amazing, a great walk with a well defined cycle path.Great communication from Alison.xxx

Perfect stay

Having stayed in this property before we instantly felt at home. Very quiet complex just what we wanted.The location is great with lovely walks and really close to the beach. Excellent bungalow on lovely quiet complex, large smart TV with full UK package and sports package, spacious and well equiped throughout. Excellent communications with the owners when arranging extended stay. Caroline very helpful with local knowledge. Pool quiet, no sun bed wars here and well kept complex. Definitely stay again

Fantastic stay

Paul the property manager picked ud up at the airport for a small fee (highly recommended it) we arrived in the bungalow where we found everything perfect, paul showed us around everything was spotless, very spacious plenty of room bedroom was fine plenty of storage space. Washing machine. Multi channell tv. Loved it there

comfortable and clean apartment on quiet complex

Our third time at this apartment. We are always extremely comfortable here. Unfortunately we didn't have great weather but it makes a difference being cosy indoors. Beautiful complex, so well attended to by the gardener. Never busy so very peaceful. The apartment was sparkling clean when we arrived. Will definitely be staying again

Peaceful location, home from home

Last minute 10 day break. Easy to find and instructions great. One bed. Kitchen had all we needed to cook with 2 ring induction hob and what appeared to be brand new oven. The resort is very quiet which suited us. 150metres to Beach and some great restaurants if you want to eat out. Washing machine was a great extra. Paul on site very helpful with any problems. Would definitely book again.

Lovely bungalow on a peaceful complex

We have just returned from our stay on this beautifully kept and very quiet complex. The bungalow is very clean and well equipped with everything you need whilst on holiday. You are close to some lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket and a 10 minute walk along the beach road will take you to the main tourist areas. The owners were helpful during the booking process and are very happy to answer any questions you may have. If like us, you are looking for a relaxing place to stay when you go away then you should consider this wonderful property. We are already trying to arrange another visit next summer. Winter break

Perfectly adequate apartment, close to amenities, situated on attractive site with lovely pool area. Downside - apartment was quite dark, table leg needed fixing as we couldn't risk using it. I was expecting deckchairs as shown in picture, not sun beds. Many sunbeds by pool were broken.

Tranquil setting.

Just returned from a weeks stay with my two teenage children(13 & 16) and we had a great time. The bungalow was excellent, it ticked all the box's for us, the setting is superb, we could not believe how quiet it was at night. The owners kept in touch with us prior to our departure, and organised all we needed for a smooth arrival and stay. We did not need to contact the people who manage the property whilst there as we had no problems, but it is reassuring to know someone is only a phone call away should you have any problems. The location is great as it is only a 10 minute walk from numerous restaurants, we would recomend a visit to La Ola which is next to the casino, we had a great night here. We would not hessitate recommending this property to anyone, in fact we will be visiting again next year, we enjoyed it that much

Old and needs lots of work.

Not what it showed in pictures Different sofa. No zero gravity chairs as shown. Old blankets no duvets. No electricity on the 2 sockets for heaters. Asked about getting them fixed but nothing done. We have stayed in seven other bungalows MUCH BETTER.

Leider gibt es nicht genügend Platz um alles hier beschreiben. Keine Möglichkeit Bilder anzuhängen. Unfortunately not enough space to describe all. No images can be attached. Anlage/site/location: super Parken: sehr gut, very good Apartment: Größe/Size: gut, good Sauberkeit/cleanliness: läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig, leaves nothing to be desired - z.B. Bettzeug fleckig alt, bedding stained, old. Alle Absätze, Ecke sammelt sich Schmutz, all dirt collects in and on all protrusions and corners. Abzugshaube/Kitchenhood noch nie gereinigt, has never been cleaned, Kaffeemaschine/coffee machine braucht 1/2 Std für 2 Tassen, takes 1/2h for 2 mugs. 1/3 vom Wasser verdampft, 1/3 of water evaporates. Gefrierteil/frost compartment hatte 2-3cm Eis, had 2-3cm ice inside. Steckdose gefählich lose, wall socket dangerously loose. Messer/knives stumpf/blunt. Bad/bathroom, Glastrennwand/glass dividing wall, sehr fleckig/very stained. Sonnenliegen/sunbeds: kaputt/broken Kein Schatten auf Terrasse, no shade on patio. Alles in allem, Apartment ist nur auf dem ersten Blick ordentlich, sonst vernachlässigt, alt und mit preiswertester Ausstattung. Einiges in der Beschreibung fehlt oder ist falsch übersetzt. All in all, apartment is very nice only at first glance, otherwise neglected and old. A number of items in the descrption is missing or wrong translated. Bsp./e.g. Grill ?? Trockner ?? Um Bettwäschewechsel musste gebeten werden, so auch Mülltüten. Apartment nicht empfehlen. Bez in GBP statt EUR

Vlakbij het strand, busstop en boulevard. Alles is in de woning aanwezig en keurig netjes. Handdoeken in overvloed. bedden prima. Ik had nog wat vragen die snel en vriendelijk werden beantwoord, Absoluut een aanrader.

Excellent stay, couldn't fault the property only slight problem was with the tv system but this was more a fault with the outside supply rather than anything in the property . It was sorted out within a couple of days

Myself and my husband, Sam, have been visiting Lanzarote for many years. We love the island, always finding new places to explore, visit or eat and the people are so welcoming - we have made many friends here. We bought our apartment in 2007 and we have been delighted to be able to share it - we have lots of guests that return time and time again.

Why they chose this property

We believe our complex is in an ideal location, it is so quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind and yet it is still close enough to everything you could wish for when away. The complex is always well cared for, constantly being improved and updated whilst keeping it traditional charm. The other residents are very friendly

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is on the back row of our complex which means it is very peaceful but the pool and sunbathing area is only a few metres down the path if you want to have a chat or find the best places to go there is always someone friendly around. The gardens on the complex are lovely, the whole complex is cleverly designed and well maintained.
