Beautiful property! Plenty of space for our group of five. We loved the pool, the multiple outdoor hangout spaced and the dramatic views. Host left detailed instructions which were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as pictured. Great location to get around the island to see the towns and beaches. The house has plenty of room for 3 couples or a family. You definitely need to have a car and the driveway as others mention is steep but not a big deal. The outside decks are beautiful for the views. There is a beach just 4 minutes south (mandala) and was perfect for a day of relaxation.

This property is stunning and the views are magnificent. We loved everything about it. Communication on arrival location directions from the airport were great. How to get into the property and any questions while we were there we answered quickly. A welcome bottle of wine and water was very much appreciated. The pool is beautiful unfortunately it was too cold for us to swim and storms rolled in and cooled things off but we did enjoy sitting out by it. One of us did take a brief plunge in the pool.The drive up to the villa is a bit of an adventure but after a time or two you got used to it.We would highly recommend this property you would not be disappointed. The pictures are very accurate but it’s more beautiful in person.

Stunning views on Naxos

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was well appointed with everything we could need, it was immaculate, and the view of the sea with surrounding hills was breathtaking. Kostas was a superb host. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful vacation

This vacation home was stunning. The location is close to the best beaches and to the main downtown, as long as you have a car everything is within a 5-15 min drive. The villa was very clean and beautiful. I would recommend to anyone !

Absolutely great

Wonderful stay at Villa Lithari. Everything from communication, description of property, location was all we could have wanted and more. Highly recommend if want to get away to a peaceful location with unbelievable views with so much space.

Heaven in Greece

We LOVED the villa! It was even more magnificent than the photos. We could relax each evening and watched the most amazing sunsets! The villa is spacious and comfortable with great views. The hosts provided good, detailed directions which we appreciated. They also provided excellent resources and recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful Villa

If you're coming to Greece, Villa Lithari is the place to stay. It's absolutely stunning with a view that is simply amazing. We spent one day just relaxing around the pool and enjoying the views. For future visitors, you will need to purchase basic food items for the kitchen. Not a complaint, just a heads up! Thanks for making our Naxos trip so special!

Gorgeous house with a stunning view

The house was perfect for our group of 5 women. It was large, clean and well appointed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The pool was great, it was clean and well kept and had plenty of chairs. The only thing I would point out is a car is necessary and would not say the property is within walking distance of the beach and bakery unless you are in extremely good shape. The hill to the property is so steep it was even difficult for our small vehicle to get up the hill. We did walk it once and said never again!

Would not come back

To get to the property you drive up an unpaved slippery dirt path that is impossible to maneuver in a manual auto. Massive construction vehicles block the road while they build a hotel a few homes down, making the trek even worse since only one car can pass apass

Dear Jeff, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the final 250m section of the access road, which is indeed a bit steep and also bumpy, was challenging for you. To avoid such situations, we recommend our guests, especially those with less driving experience, to rent a semi-automatic vehicle. On the plus side, our house is located away from a noisy, busy street, which many of our guests consider an advantage. I regret that you were dissatisfied with our property. It seems that during your stay, technician vehicles were parked about 210 meters away due to work on a small apartment hotel with 20 rooms. I apologize if this made your arrival and departure more difficult. However, it seems the road was passable on one side. We did our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and we accommodated your request for an early check-in as much as we could. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet your request for a discount, as we avoid such negotiations in the interest of fairness to our other guests. Nonetheless, I hope that your three days with us were restful and that you still have good memories of Naxos and Villa Lithari. Best regards, Costas

Beautiful villa with amazing views!

We very much enjoyed Villa Lithari! It’s a beautiful property with many modern conveniences. We also loved the evenings with beautiful sunsets. It also is extremely close to many desirable beaches and eating establishments. We were a bit challenged by the roads up to the villa as they are a somewhat steep and rough. This appears to be the case with numerous roads on the island. We highly recommend renting an automatic transmission vehicle and also all wheel drive if it’s available. Also, be sure to ONLY follow the driving instructions provided by Costas to the Villa. Google maps, even with good coordinates, is not reliable. We also wish the temperature of the water in the pool had been just a bit warmer for evening swims. The air temperature along with some windy conditions in the Autumn season seem to impact the water temperature as well.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Man hat sehr viel Platz und einen etwas abgetrennten Teil, um sich als Teenager oder Eltern zurückziehen zu können. Von den diversen Terrassen hat man einen ausgezeichneten Blick über das Tal aufs Meer und die Gegend. Bäckerei ist fußläufig zu erreichen.Ganz viele Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool, der vollkommen ausreichend zum Schwimmen und Planschen ist.Wir waren schon in vielen Unterkünften, aber die Villa Lithari zählt bisher mit zu den schönsten.Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen als Familie mit 2 Kindern (1612).

Überwältigend

Der erste Eindruck war überwältigend. Sehr sauber. Viele Räume(3 Schlafzimmer). In der Küche war ALLES da was man brauchte. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick. In 10 min. Fussweg, sofort die Bäckerei unseres Vertrauens gefunden. ;-) Bisschen Übung bedarf es bei der Anfahrt - war ziemlich steil. Ansonsten hatten wir hier einen echt tollen Aufenthalt. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen. :-)

Spectacular Naxos Get-Away

We recently stayed in Villa Lithari for 4 nights. The Villa exceeded all our expectations. While the Villa looks exactly like the pictures, it took our breath away when we arrived and experienced for ourselves the outdoor space and magnificent views. The interior is large and airy with many glass doors bringing the beautiful views inside. It is very clean and super comfortable with decks from all the bedrooms. There are many outdoor spaces to relax, dine and watch breath taking sunsets every night. The location was perfect as we were close to beaches and not too far from town yet up on a hill overlooking it all. Costas was an amazing host and was super helpful from the time of booking straight through our stay. He is a wealth of information from car rentals to restaurants, activities, etc. He was extremely responsive any time we needed to contact him. When our ferry was canceled and we were potentially stranded Costas was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions to navigate the ferry companies which can be a little chaotic. We are very grateful to him. Our only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy all it has to offer. Villa Lithari is truly a find and we hope to be back one day! Thank you Costas!!

Merveilleux séjour dans les hauteurs de Plaka - Naxos

Superbe séjour dans la villa de Costas. La maison est spacieuse, tout équipée, avec 3 chambres aux lits spacieux et confortables et SDB privative. Les extérieurs sont également très appréciables, avec la vue à couper le souffle (attention aux vents violents). Point important : la route pour accéder à la maison est faite de bosses, terres, rocher et en pente forte. Nous avons crevé un pneu avec une SEAT IBIZA. Prévoir une voiture adapté et rouler avec précision
