Spacious house with a lovely living area. I enjoyed relaxing by the wood-stove with a beer. The sauna was a delightful surprise after our hikes and made our time in the Ardennes even more enjoyable, providing us with a cozy place to unwind.

Comfortabel gezellig huis

De omgeving was prachtig. Het huis is comfortabel met voldoende faciliteiten. De sauna is heerlijk. De hygiëne is zeer matig. De kussens en het beddengoed hadden veel vlekken. Ook lag er stof en haren van vorige gasten/bewoners. Er lagen gebruikte vaatdoekjes en theedoeken. Het glas van de haard was stuk waardoor we deze beter niet konden gebruiken. Alle kamers zijn ruim en hebben prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels.

Ein architektonisch schönes großes Haus mit großen Zimmern und leider einigen Sachen die nicht optimal waren. - Sauberkeit, z.B.: Betten, Aussenbereich - Heizung funktionierte nicht, ( nicht direkt reklamiert da, Aussentemperaturen noch erträglich waren ) - Sauna war defekt - Abfluss in der Dusche lief sehr langsam ab. Da Haus benötigt m. E. mehr Pflege im Detail

Super schönes Haus - tolle Umgebung, einige kleine Mängel

Das Haus ist super geschnitten, es enthält alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind groß, das Bad ist schön. Der Garten und die Aussicht sind grandios. Wir haben unser Wochenende sehr genossen. Chris ist ein netter Ansprechpartner, es lief reibungslos. Leider waren einige Dinge unfertig (Getränkekühlschrank, Zapfanlage etc.) und es lagen offene Kabel herum. Für Erwachsene kein Problem, aber Kinder sollten aufpassen. An der Außenfassade waren noch unfertige Bauarbeiten, es steht ein Gerüst + Lift an der Hauswand. Dies wurde vorher nicht kommuniziert, was ich etwas schade finde. Außerdem lies die Sauberkeit des Objekts sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Matratzen sahen sehr benutzt aus. Die Bohnenkaffeemaschine war m.E. unbenutzbar, selbst nach 50+fachem Ausspülen, war das Wasser immer noch dreckig und verkalkt - Säuberung der Maschine dringend nötig! Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft, wenn einige dieser (leicht zu beseitigenden) Mängel behoben würden, wäre es eine Top-Location.

Top Haus mit Einschränkungen

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten, in ruhiger Lage mit toller Aussicht. Super Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder.Viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen vom Eigentümer. Reinigung des Hauses lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Bettinlays/Matratzen und Spielsachen müssten dringend erneuert werden.

Het huis was al een tijdje niet meer gepoetst. Toestellen zijn vuil, op de draad versleten en functioneren dikwijls niet meer. Het huis dient dringend grondig opgeschoond te worden en systematisch onderhouden.

De eigenaar was pas een half uur na afspraak ter plaatse met de sleutel. We gingen niet rond in de woning, maar kregen beknopte (corona?) uitleg. Het huis was opgeruimd, maar niet grondig gepoetst. Er lag nog hondenhaar, er zat nog een pad in de Senseo etc. We hebben dit pas gezien toen de eigenaar vertrokken was.

Bij de aankomst was de eigenaar nog een probleem aan het oplossen van de vorige huurders. Wij hebben nog 45 min moeten wachten om binnen te kunnen. De eerst indruk : dit huis is verschrikkelijk vuil. In de oven stond een laag van 1cm vet. De frigo was langs binnen beschimmeld. De vaatwas was enorm vuil. I de kasten durfde ik bijna niet meer kijken, want er lag overal vuil in. Wij zijn moeten beginnen met het huis een serieuse poetsbeurt te geven en het service die we gingen gebruiken af te wassen.

Ideal para grupos

La casa es ideal para grupos, es muy grande y espaciosa. Son dos espacios, la casa principal con cocina amplia, salón y amplio comedor, 4 habitaciones, un aseo y dos baños (uno muy amplio con ducha, bañera e incluso sauna!) Y la casa de invitados a continuación con cocina, salón-comedor, una habitación y un baño. El salón de la casa principal tiene chimenea pero la leña se paga a parte. La finca es muy grande y tiene parque de juegos para niños y solarium. Las principales pegas a tener en cuenta son: - cuesta encontrar la casa. El gps lleva a la calle pero no a la casa y al no estar un poco escondida (la fachada de la casa no se ve desde la calle) al principio cuesta encontrarla. - las sábanas y toallas no están incluidas en el alquiler. Si se solicitan se pagan a parte. Las entrega el propietario a la llegada y hay que hacer toooodas las camas al llegar. Además, las toallas que proporcionan son de lavabo. - la limpieza se puede mejorar. Por otro lado el propietario es muy amable y agradable, la casa es muy acogedora, tiene lavadora y secadora, juguetes para niños y unas vistas preciosas a su alrededor. Nuestro grupo, de familias con niños, ha disfrutado de una semana muy agradable allí haciendo viajes a los alrededores (Maastrich, Aquisgrán, Colonia, Lieja, ect) A sólo 15 minutos esta el Lac de la Giuseppe, un parque natural impresionante.
