The property is located in a beautiful urbanization on the beach with sea views between Estepona and Marbella, with large gardens of about 26000m2 and direct and private access to the beach, 24 hour security also has three swimming pools, (one for children ) tennis court, two beach bars close to the urbanization in a few minutes you will have shopping areas and golf courses, riding school, sports centers, zoo (Selwo Aventura), cinemas and restaurants, Puerto Banús, etc.

The apartment is in an impeccable state of maintenance, with three bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite, it also has another complete bathroom, both with shower, hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, dining porch, outdoor terrace, private garden with hammocks, air conditioning, television, satellite and wifi.
It also has a large area with hammocks next to swimming pools.

Superb Holiday Apartment

This an excellent apartment, very well fitted with every conceivable comfort. The complex is very well located and the apartment has superb views. Juan is a great host and very attentive.

Modern, Spacious and Great value

We have just returned after a week long stay at the property. The owner was there on site when we arrived early and was very helpful and friendly. The property is very clean and well maintained, all the appliances are new and top of the range. The pools and grounds are also very well maintained. If you are looking for a new, modern and quiet holiday aswell as it being on the beach I would strongly recommend this property. We would definitely be looking to stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Amazing urbanization with a nice view over the sea which is also easy to access via the beach doors. Fantastic pool area and the apartment is well kept with everything you need and excellent support when we had questions. Our impression was that its even better than in the pictures. Well be back when possible.

Urbanización comodísima, con puerta privada de acceso a una de las mejores playas de la zona, grandes espacios y todo cuidadísimo. La casa también espectacular, muy espaciosa y bien amueblada, con todo lo necesario. Juan muy atento y poniendo facilidades para todo. Un lujo!

Imposible hablar mal de este inmueble.

Familia de 6 miembros holgadamente alojados. Comodidad, belleza, limpieza, dotación de todo tipo de utensilios, climatización perfecta. La urbanización es paradisíaca un jardín selvático y exuberante. Piscinas increíbles, preciosas y cómodas. Y todo en primera línea de playa (ésta sí que es mejorable) con acceso directo a la senda litoral. Personal de mantenimiento, jardinería y vigilancia día y noche. En definitiva, EXCLUSIVIDAD

Outstanding accomodation

Stayed as a family of four in June 2019. The quality of this apartment is easily the best we have experienced, it has everything you could possibly need. The views and gardens are absolutely amazing, had the pool to ourselves most days. Juan was a very helpful host. A car/taxi is needed for access to town but with beach and churringuito on your doorstep you may not want to leave.

Magnifique site et la maison est parfaite

Cette villa est idéalement placée à Estépona et se situe dans une résidence qui est gardée par un concierge et qui propose un tennis et 2 piscines pour le plaisir des petits et des grands. La plage est à proximité et accessible par un portail privé de la résidence. Le logement est très spacieux, propre, très confortable et honnêtement il ne manquait absolument rien. Des restaurants et des commerces sont à moins d'1 kilomètre mais il est conseillé d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer et découvrir la région qui est vraiment splendide. Enfin, Juan est un hôte parfait très gentil et serviable sur qui l'on peut compter si nécessaire. Je recommande vraiment cette villa et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir une prochaine fois car nous avons passé d"excellentes vacances.

This house is in an excellent location, very near to the beach and has great views. The complex has a lot of green areas and its two pools are excellent. The house itself is well equipped and very clean. The living room is very luminous and the bedrooms are pretty big.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous setting

Had a wonderful week in Juan’s apartment. It really is as good as it looks in the pictures and the grounds are beautiful. Most of the developments along this stretch of coast are 4 or 5 stories high with 200-300 apartments but this one has only 40 or so, and large beautifully maintained grounds to walk in, as well as the pools and tennis court and direct access onto the beach. We also appreciated the extras Juan provided like spare towels and bedding, beach towels and cleaning products/dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. Definitely want to go back again!

Perfect place for family holiday!

We loved this fully equiped appartment. Super clean and spacious. The pool is great with a separate toddler area. Very nice sea view from the apartment. As we travelled with a 2 yr old we asked for a baby cot and Juan bought a brand new one. We also got tennis rackets to make use of the tennis court. You need a car to go to town and to do groceries. Juan thanks for this perfect holiday!

Everything you need in the kitchen and an incredible view back of the property. The place was immaculate we were met by Juan, he was very happy to show us the ends and outs of the apartment. Great location and easy to get to some very nice restaurants.

Great apartment with a quality feel . Good location with well kept grounds, quality pool+ tennis

Just had five days and would struggle to find fault with anything. The close proximity to the A7 means good access to Estepona and Marbella but does not Interfere from a noise point of view The grounds are private and very well kept with the beach at the edge of the gardens. From the beach a short walk takes you to a great beach bar serving good quality food from a simple menu Will definitely return.....sooner than later. Juan is really nice and you can tell he is proud of his property... and rightly so. Don't hesitate to book..... but leave a week free for my return!
