The apartment Fuerteventura Sol 502 is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the island of Fuerteventura, in Costa Calma, 30m from the beach. It forms part of a warm and exclusive closed residential complex, recently renovated, called "Residencial Los Hibiscos".

It is fully furnished and equipped, including all linens, linens and household items. All rooms are independent, external and bathed in sunlight. The apartment is distributed in living room, dining room with access to the private terrace, with table and chairs for 4 people, living area with 42 inch satellite TV and radio and Internet connection. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. Mediterranean bathroom with shower, WC, towels and hair dryer, two large and comfortable bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The apartment consists of large closets wardrobes and private terrace. It has magnificent views to the sea and to the beautiful swimming pool of the complex.

Designed to adapt to the needs of our guests, the complex has a beautiful swimming pool with large solarium area with sun loungers, tennis court and a pretty canary-style garden.

Cost Calma Apartment

Beautiful apartment very near to the beach and proximity to shops and bars/restaurants. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely well kept swimming pool immediately outside apartment was also a bonus. Only four rather than 5 stars given for description as balcony smaller than expected from pictures but plenty big enough for 2 people with all day sun. Best bars, restaurants and beach that we have experienced after many many stays across different towns on the island. Would definitely look to stay again as our new favourite part of the island and great accommodation!

Das Positive zuerst: die Lage ist super. Tolle Terrasse mit seitlichen Blick aufs Meer. Ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Negativ: Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Fotos nicht aktuell. Alles recht abgewohnt, teilweise kaputt. Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sitzer Couch zu klein für 4 Personen. Es wurde nicht an Details gedacht. man merkt leider, es geht einfach nur um Profit und nicht darum, dass ich wirklich der Gast wohlfühlt. am letzten Tag warten wir ganz freundlich nach einer kleinen Tube Spülmittel. (übrigens gab es keinen Geschirrspüler, was sehr nervig war bei 4 Personen und 3 Mahlzeiten). es wurden nur zwei kleine Tuben zu Beginn des Urlaubes bereitgestellt, diese waren bereits aufgebraucht. wir wollten nicht noch mal extra zum Supermarkt und eine große Flasche Spülmittel für einen Abwasch kaufen. jedoch blieb das Office absolut hartnäckig und wollte uns nichts rausgeben. Sie verwiesen uns nur auf den Supermarkt und ließen sich nicht erweichen. das hat weder mit Kundenfreundlichkeit noch mit Nachhaltigkeit zu tun. wenn jeder Gast seine eigene Geschirrspülflasche kaufen muss, finde ich das überhaupt nicht sinnvoll, sondern Verschwendung!

Tolle Lage, entspannte Atmosphäre, modern eingerichtet

Wir hatten zu viert einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Anlage! Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, so dass man das Meeresrauschen auf der Terrasse genießen konnte. Die Anlage war gepflegt und die Einrichtung hatte alle Basics, die man braucht. Die Betten waren groß genug und wir konnten gut darin schlafen, nur die Couch ist etwas durchgelegen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer würde noch schöner sein, wenn die tolle Palme vor der großen Terrasse etwas zurückgeschnitten wäre. In ein paar Gehminuten findet man Restaurants und kleine Shops. Zum Shopping muss man jedoch in die nàchst größere Stadt. Zu unserer Zeit war alles sehr ruhig und nicht überfüllt. Die Touristen sind vorwiegend Deutsch und im Rentenalter. Für einen Entspannungsurlaub ist es das richtige Ziel!

Schöne Wohnung, aber ungeeignet für erholsamen Sommerurlaub

Zunächst das positive: Beschreibung und Bilder sind korrekt, nah zum tollen Strand, feine/moderne Küche/Wohnzimmer Einrichtung, riesen Fernseher, das beste WLAN/Internet was ich je im Urlaub hatte. Man kommt zu Fuß wenn nötig zu einer Menge toller Restaurants und zu 2 Spar Märkten sowie Einkaufszentren. Dann die leider überwiegend negativen Dinge: Das "Doppelbett" ist nur 160x170 cm und für zwei Erwachsene nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, ausser man liegt in permanenter Löffelchenstellung. Die Schlafzimmer sind direkt neben dem Pool, der ab 7 Uhr und teilweise auch bis 0:30 lautstark benutzt wird. Dazu können sie nur mit ebenerdiger Tür zum Pool bzw. durch die Wohnung zur Terrasse gelüftet werden, keine Klimaanlage vorhanden - darum war das Schlafen eine sehr öffentliche Veranstaltung. Der Deckenventilator geht nur entweder an in Propellergeschwindigkeit/Lautstärke oder gar nicht. Wir haben die hälfte der Zeit nicht geschlafen, weil es einfach zu heiss war. Nur bei permanentem Durchzug war es erträglich. Wenn der Wind aufhörte, wurden wir dann von Mücken heimgesucht. Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen, was uns Rückenprobleme verschaffte. Das Bad ist winzig mit nur wenig Ablagemöglichkeit, die Dusche hat nur sehr wenig Wasserdruck - was aber den Kanaren oft normal ist. Die Toilette war leider undicht, weswegen sie permanent lief. Dazu kam der Lärm Werktags ab 8 von einer nahen Baustelle, und 3 Tage wurde das Appartement unter uns renoviert (Kreissäge, knallendes Hämmern)

Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung.Der Balkon, welcher durch eine kleine Mauer zur Nachbarwohnung getrennt war, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. da man selber und natürlich auch der Nachbarn doch immer rüberschaut. Etwas eingeschränkte Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, wobei man hier erwähnen darf, das wir wirklich viel kochen. Das w-lan ist eine kleine Katastrophe. Dennoch haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Und wer braucht schon Internet wenn es Strand gibt. Wir würden die Wohnung aber immer wieder buchen

Toller Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand

Wir waren im März 2021 hier in Costa Calma. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Apartmentanlage mit Pool und zum Strand läuft man ca. 1Minute. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand ist perfekt und zwei Supermärkte sowie einige Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Allerdings fehlte uns für die Terrasse ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Sonnenmarkise und Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen. Wir können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Sonnenterasse

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ruhige Lage direkt in Strandnähe. Das Highlight ist sicherlich die grosse, windgeschützte Terasse (502) mit Meerblick auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt hatten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir hatten in der Wohnung eine schöne Zeit, die Terasse ist zum draußen Frühstücken sehr schön, der Strand nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ein Babybett und sogar ein Planschbecken wurde uns netterweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Isabel war sehr freundlich. Einziges kleines Manko waren die eher kleinen Betten mit unbequemen Matratzen.

Sonniger Urlaub mit Merblick in einer super schönen Wohnung

Bevor wir diese Wohnung gemietet haben, hatten wir schon sehr netten Kontakt mit Isabel als Kontaktperson. Sie hat vorab schon unsere Fragen zeitnah und ausführlich beantwortet und uns sehr gut beraten. So haben wir die für uns perfekte Wohnung gefunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte mit einem PIN Code an einem Schließfach, sodaß wir ganz entspannt die 65 km (ca. 1 Stunde) vom Flughafen zur Wohnung zurücklegen konnten. Die Wohnung ist super. Absolut genauso wie auf den Fotos auf der Homepage https://apartamentosfuerteventurasol.es/de/apartamentos/502-2/. Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Abends konnte man aufgrund der Lage der Zimmer super Durchzug machen und wir haben uns auch auf dem großen Balkon mit Sitzgruppe und 2 bequemen Liegen sehr wohl gefühlt. Doe Wohnungen 502, 503 und 504 haben jeweils einen Balkon zum Meer und liegen quasi im 1. Stock, sodaß niemand an dem Balkon vorbei läuft. Am ersten Morgen ging der Wasserkocher nicht. Kurze Mail an Isabel.... 1 Stunde später hatten wir einen neuen Wasserkocher. Da wir 19 Tage dort waren, wollten wir gern einmal die Waschmaschine nutzen. Draußen auf dem Balkon gibt es einen fest installierten Wäscheständer für z.B. Badehantücher. Für "große" Wäsche jedoch zu klein. Kurze Mail an Isabel und wir hatten auch hier einen Wäscheständer zusätzlich für die Wohnung nach 1 Stunde. Toller Service ! Vielen Dank, Auch als 2 Tage der Pool aufgrund eines Lecks nicht zu nutzen war, wurde uns sofort per Mail Bescheid gegeben. Der Service ist klasse ! Danke an Isabel ! Lage der Wohnung: 2 Minuten zum Strand. Strand nur Sand, keine Steine. Meer angenehm erfrischend im Juli zum Baden, aber nicht so kalt oder zu warm. Klares Wasser, keine Steine. Nächste kleiner Supermarkt kurz die Straße hoch, 2 Minuten. Größerer Supermarkt ca 400 m. Gegend sehr ruhig. Einige Lokale. Leider etwas italienisch-lastig. Aber es gibt auch andere Dinge zum Essen. Wohnung können wir sehr empfehlen !

Wundervoll

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der sehr sauberen, gut eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief ohne Probleme.Der Aussenbereich mit Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von der gut ausgestattenen Terrasse hat man einen grossartigen Blick auf den Srand von Costa Calma,der Sonnenaufgang morgens war einfach wunderschön! Mit dem Hausdienst waren wir sehr zufrieden,wir hatten morgens mal kein warmes Wasser, weil der Boiler kaputt war, alles wurde in kurzer Zeit behoben, ein grosses Lob! Auch bei der Rückerstattung der Kaution, gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Wir waren begeistert von der Anlage und Wohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!
