Dining area - The ultimate family gathering spot, a beautiful farm dining table w/ benches, opens to kitchen & living room. Perfect for great meals & Game Nights!
Bedroom 1 - The kid's room sleeps up to 3 /bunkbeds & pull-out trundle! W/children's books, toys & a small desk

The MAX is 12 people Day or Night w/ 4 cars Max Day or Night w/ No on-street parking- No drop in guests!
Quiet hours 9pm to 9am
NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA & Security Guard
NO Large Gatherings- ***Please don't attempt a party. It will not go unnoticed in a Private community**
Dogs OK! $120 Dog Fee per Dog - per stay - No enclosed areas for pups. They must be on-leash when out of the house. For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces only
Please be conscientious of water usage.
