DOG GUIDELINE
Dogs welcome ($125 fee per dog).
The yard is not enclosed, so dogs must remain leashed outdoors. We have wildlife in the area deer, fox etc.
Dog must be crated if left unattended.
The beach is off-leash dog-friendly

The MAX is 12 people Day or Night w/ 4 cars Max Day or Night w/ No on-street parking- No drop in guests.
NO PARTIES - We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA & Security Guard - NO Large Gatherings
*Please don't attempt a party. It will not go unnoticed in a Private community. Thanks!
Quiet hours 9pm to 9am
NO Smoking/Vaping of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved surfaces only
Please be conscientious of water usage.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
