In the Tanca Piras Village, in Nebida, I’m offering a villa of approximately 70 square metres spread over two levels. On the first level, you’ll find the living room, the eat-in kitchen, the bathroom, and a stunning panoramic terrace. On the upper level are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Every room offers a stunning view of the sea.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The Tanca Piras Village is a complex nestled within a lush, 7-hectare area of Mediterranean scrub, situated on a panoramic hill offering breathtaking views of the sea at Nebida. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing yet active and fun holiday.
The beautiful and picturesque setting makes the Village an excellent starting point for any activities guests may wish to pursue during their holiday. They can enjoy their favourite sports, such as kitesurfing and windsurfing lessons, sailing trips, mountain biking, quad biking, or off-road driving, hiking, rock climbing, or—for the less adventurous—simple cultural walks to visit various historical sites. A short walk along the path through the private park leads to a rocky cove with emerald-green waters, while the beautiful beaches of Masua, Fontanamare, Plagemesu, and Portopaglia are about three kilometres away.
Also near the village are the majestic Pan di Zucchero cliff and a fascinating example of mining archaeology: Porto Flavia.
The village features a large panoramic swimming pool located in the centre of the property and available to all guests staying there. The meticulously maintained and lush private park, featuring the island’s typical vegetation, branches out into various small trails leading to the sea and scenic viewpoints from which you can witness the spectacular sunset that nature offers every day. The resort features a bar and restaurant where guests can enjoy excellent local dishes, prepared exclusively with seasonal local ingredients and served on a beautiful panoramic veranda overlooking the sea.
