Calpe superb villa, 4 bedrooms, private pool, with beautiful sea views. Single storey villa with 4 air conditioned bedrooms ( one in the detached studio) and 3 bathrooms. A large living room with quality furniture, equipped with TV and free wifi. A modern kitchen, fully equipped with large fridge, oven and microwave. The bathrooms are in excellent condition. Near the pool another fully equipped summer kitchen with bar, plancha, dishwasher, American fridge. A studio and its brand new bathroom is located just behind the summer kitchen. a large landscaped garden with beautiful palm trees. the entrance gate is motorized, there is room to park several vehicles. The electricity bill will be charged 20 cents Euro / kWh.

Well equipped pretty villa

Had a wonderful holiday villa is well located between the two main beeches. Well equipped to make our stay comfortable. Mature gardens giving total privacy with a wonderful view of the sea and calpe. Mercedes the host was very polite and accommodating thank you for a lovely holiday

The villa is spacious and well equipped with excellent outside space to enjoy the Spanish sun.

The Villa is located a couple of kilometres from the centre of Calpe. It is accessed off the road via either a secure door or a remote controlled sliding door (both of which lead to a large drive that can accommodate at least 2 vehicles. There is a detached garage adjacent to the drive and this also houses the washing machine and dryer. The Villa is well equipped with everything a family/group would need. There is air conditioning in all of the bedrooms. Access to the veranda is via double doors in either the living room or main bedroom. This is a lovely area in which to enjoy breakfast. Steps down from this area lead to a second potential dining area which is located on the same level as the impressive swimming pool. In addition, there is yet another building close to the pool which houses both an outside kitchen/bar as well as a studio bedroom. This outside area is the real star of the villa and from this area you get uninterrupted views of the rock of Calpe. We spent most of our holiday relaxing by the pool as the children loved it so much. The Villa felt very safe and secure. Due to its location it is preferable to have a car. The owner and keyholder couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. This is the first time that we've rented a villa with a private pool and it most certainly won't be the last.
