Fabulous house

This is a really luxurious house, really nice big bedrooms and bathrooms. The basement with the gym and playroom for the teenagers were excellent. We had a lovely time.

Enjoyed our time there.

We rented the villa to celebrate a birthday with our family - 3 grand children aged 10 - 14. The outside space was excellent and the villa spacious and kitchen fairly well equipped. The information sent re the cinema, games room and TV in master bedroom gave me the impression that the system was all singing and dancing. There were no Xbox games - thought there might be 1 or 2, in the info sent it didn't actually advise that you needed to bring your own, obviously we would have but forgot to in the rush to pack. Also the TV in the master bedroom is only for watching DVD's - didn't know and we didn't pack any, thought we could watch normal tele - news etc. Compared to other properties we stay in in the Algarve, with a daily maid service, clean towels every day if needed etc.. I would have preferred to pay a little bit more and have extra cleaning time.

Les points positifs : la maison est grande et facile d'utilisation / beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants / les chambres sont confortables / la piscine agréable / le gérant réactif et accueillant Les points à améliorer : quelques traces de vieillissement / le calcaire dans les pommeaux de douche / absence de volets dans les chambres / une réception tv par satellite qui ne fonctionne pas bien / les poêles trop anciennes dans la cuisine / de nombreux suppléments à prévoir si on souhaite utiliser le sauna ou chauffer la piscine. A savoir : la maison est située près d'une route passante. Il y a un peu de bruit de circulation. Les belles plages, situées entre Albufeira et Lagos, sont à 45 minutes de la maison.

Stunning, Spacious and Kitted Out!

The property was exactly as advertised, however the pictures don't do it justice. It is a lot bigger than you think and all the equipment (gym, cinema, games room, pool, bars, etc.) is very high quality. The property was immaculately cleaned and well maintained and a perfect place to have dinner in, relax by the pool, have drinks in the bar and enjoy the wonderful weather. The customer service up until our stay and upon arrival was fantastic. Any queries were answered incredibly fast and in a professional manner. The chap who introduced us to the villa upon arrival was very nice and helpful, he was also able to give very useful information about the area and made us feel right at home. This villa is perfect for large groups of friends or families (lots of towns nearby, loads of nightlife and restaurants, water park, beach within 10 min drive, activities nearby). If you stay here I'd highly recommend a trip to two restaurants in particular - Dos Passos and Izzies - both are on the coast towards Vale do Lobo - they serve exquisite seafood and are reasonably priced (around €60-€80pp). I would certainly stay here again, the area is amazing, so much to do and right on your doorstep, the villa was perfect and the weather was lovely 30+ degrees and clear skies every day (second week of September).
