We spent 5 wonderful days in this Mallorcan-style house. The house has an absolutely huge plot, a few olive trees, a pool (unfortunately, it was too cold to use), and is very comfortable. The hosts have thought of everything guests might need, thank you!",

Great geataway

The house is in an isolated area surrounded by nature. Yet, the city of Llubi is not far away where you can do the grocery shopping. This is a perfect spot to explore Mallorca as it's almost in the center of the island. I would definitely recommend this house for a group of up to 4 people.

The house is perfect for a quiet holiday in Mallorca. From the house you can walk along the roads full of nature. The house was clean, the arrival was very easy. The service of Mallorcacharme perfect. We will be back The only complaint is that the pool was too cool.

You can live there as an emergency solution.

The house is in a bad condition. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the shower curtain was moldy. One room was unusable because it smelled very strong and there was mold under the bed. the oven and the dishwasher were totally dirty.Unfortunately, there was no firewood as promised and the ash box was full to the brim.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub auf dem Land

Der Service, das Haus, die Umgebung. Uns hat soweit alles gut gefallen. Es ist auch viel grüner rund ums Haus, als auf dem Foto zu sehen. Es gibt Olivenbäume und viele bunte Sträucher, Planzen und Palmen. Schön war auch, dass unser kleiner Hund kostenlos übernachten durfte. Unbedingt wäre eine Klimaanlage nötig, wenigstens für den Schlafbereich. Es wurde von Tag zu Tag heißer. Die Ventilatoren waren einfach viel zu laut für die Nacht und diese kühlen ja auch nicht die Temperatur runter. Ein paar Handtuchhalter im Bad wären auch super. Außerdem sollte das Bild angepasst werden. Der Poolbereich sieht jetzt anders aus.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. Es una maravilla desayunar viendo el sol salir desde su terraza, pasear por los caminos y ver las estrellas por la noche desde las hamacas de la piscina, las barbacoas y sólo el sonido del campo, hemos fantaseado con pasar una noche de tormenta en su amplio salon con la chimenea encendida, hemos jugado a adivinar la compañia de los aviones que nos sobrevolaban (pero que no alteraron nuestra paz en ningun momento), hemos visto aguilas cazar... en resumen hemos disfrutado al 100%. Nosotros somos residentes en la isla asi que pasamos todos los dias en la finca y nos ha venido muy bien para cargas pilas.Tienes supermercados a 10 min en coche y el hospital de inca tambien muy cerca. No hay pega ninguna. Todo de 10

Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet (und sogar noch mehr).Wir können das Haus mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Wir waren als Familie mit 4 jährigen Kind und das war das Beste was wir machen haben können.

Die Finca ist gut gelegen, man kommt von dort aus überall gut hin, sofern man mobil ist. Die Finca ist privat und schön gelegen. Leider war der Pool total verchlort und auch nachdem wir Bescheid gegeben hatten und der Eigentümer den Chlordosierer eingestellt hatte, verbesserte sich das Wasser nicht, sodass das Wasser unangenehm war und wir alle Ausschlag bekommen hatten. Zudem sind im Haus selber Kameras angebracht, die anscheinend ausgeschaltet waren, jedoch wurden wir darüber nicht vorab informiert, was unangenehm war. Das Haus ist soweit sauber gewesen, jedoch ist der Geschirrspüler ziemlich alt und funktioniert nicht mehr so gut. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage!Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos.Problemloses Check in und die Kommunikation mit Mallorca Charme war hervorragend- gerne wieder! Dieses Haus bietet viel Komfort und Platz- alles da, was man braucht! Auch für Kleinkinder geeignet - wir reisen mit Sohn 2 Jahre. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage- war für uns aber kein Problem, da das Haus tagsüber angenehm kühl war. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert :)

Eine großzüge Finca mit viel Charme bei sonnig-warmen Herbstwetter zu einem angemessen Preis.

Die Lage war entsprechend der Erwartung an eine Finca (eben: Landhaus). Etwas ausserhalb der nächsten Ortschaft gelegen, dafür aber besonders ruhig und inmitten eines sehr grossen Grundstücks.Verkehrsmässig gut angebunden, alle Inselteile sind gut zu erreichen (Mietwagen). Die Stühle am Esstisch sind eher unbequem, zumindest für große Personen. Die Betten sind kurz, auch sind es nur einfache Metallgestelle, verrücken leicht. Aber das ist wohl auch landestypisch.

IDEAL

La casa está en un entorno muy tranquilo, se duerme muy fresquito, estás a tu aire y está equipadísimo. Para una escapada de desconexión es ideal, eso sí necesario coche para moverte por la isla, pero no supone ningún esfuerzo, el trayecto más largo que hicimos nosotros fue de 50 minutos.

Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir durften 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen u gemütlichen Finca abschalten u entspannen. Es war genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Ruhe, Einsamkeit u trotzdem alles auch fussläufig erreichbar. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich auf diesem riesigen Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen. Gar keine Frage ♥️

Pequeña casita situada en una finca enorme

Está pequeña casita de dos habitaciones tiene todo lo que puedas imaginar para pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño. Situada en una parcela gigantesca, con espacio para que tú perro pueda correr con seguridad, una pequeña piscina maravillosa y una terraza muy agradable, donde poder comer y cenar a la sombra. Dentro de la casa, encontrarás todo tipo de electrodomésticos, menaje para el hogar e incluso todo tipo de productos básicos (papel higiénico, papel aluminio, aceite, sal....) En el jardín, hay desde barbacoa hasta colchonetas de piscina.

Sehr zentral gelegen, in der Inselmitte.

Die Ausstattung der Finca war sehr gut. Leider hat die Finca keine zentrale Heizung, nur einen Kamin. Die Abend- und Nachttemperaturen waren oft im einstelligen Bereich, so dass wir Holz kaufen mußten um den Kamin zu füttern. Auch ein Laken als Zudecke war nicht ausreichend . .
