Designed with family time in mind, the upper level open layout living, dining, and kitchen along with a convenient half bath as well as an open deck and sprawling ocean views inside and out provides the perfect beachside space for making and sharing memories. Downstairs, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths offer quiet niches for relaxation and another covered and open deck area that leads out to the beach. Enjoy ocean views, direct beach access, and a great location just about a mile north of downtown Surf City!

Worth it.

I forgot how much i love it down there. This area is alittle quieter than some of the other beaches. Huge beach house, great kitchen. Had everything we needed.

The view says it all

This is the epitome of a Topsail oceanfront property. The panoramic views from the inside or out are breathtaking. We loved every moment of the stay and hope to stay here again. If you enjoy a walk it is easy to get to downtown Surf City on the quiet roads or the beach. A+

Beautiful location and responsive host

The view from the main room is amazing! Clean and beautifully decorated. We saw dolphins and enjoyed visiting the Quarter Moon in Topsail. Guests who are used to streaming shows should be aware the TV is not equipped to do so.

Amazing property

I have stayed ocean front many times in my life, but this home gives new meaning. Literally, you walk off the porch and you are in the ocean. The panoramic views from the main room and kitchen is incredible. We will definitely be back and were disappointed to see it was booked until August, but certainly understand why!!!! Thanks for having us. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

Overall a great beach location ... the house wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and I emailed my concerns but got no response. I understand it is difficult to get people to work these days.. just would have liked to hear from someone. I ended up buying a new shower curtain liner and some cleaning supplies.

Great short stay

We had a great stay for 3 days in Surf City at this property. I loved the pictures of the home online and it was just as expected in person. Beautiful home, fantastic view of beach & ocean, and easily accessible. I was disappointed there is not a table for outdoor dining but we just made a picnic on the beach or quickly ate indoors. We had a great time building sand castles & searching for shark teeth. Not a big deal but read what is included in your booking as I stopped at Publix to pick up clorox wipes, dishwasher tablets & more toilet paper. I still loved our stay and would recommend this wonderful rental to friends & family, as well as consider coming back again!

Very nice property

Ideally located in an area of virtually no traffic. Steps down to the beach are only a few yards from the water's edge. Perfect September weather rounded out a very pleasant week. Furniture and furnishings are very nice and the kitchen is more than adequate. Coffee maker, toaster, blender and small George Foreman grill are the only appliances provided. Plenty of serving dishes, silverware and glassware for eight people. As mentioned in the description, no food of any kind is provided. Ditto paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, etc. Bringing extra kitchen towels is recommended. Barbecue is located in the carport and is quite small. Lots of HD TV channels and WiFi signal is secure, strong and surprisingly fast. Would provide more stars but for one problem. Bugs (roaches, etc.) were everywhere. Primarily in the kitchen but in the bathrooms and bedrooms as well. We reported this on Monday to Topsail Realty and were told that they would schedule "a spray" on that or the following day. This was not done at any time during the week. My recommendation is that prospective renters check to ensure that this issue has been dealt with before check-in day.

Did not want to leave!

Enjoyed it very much, big problems with door code several times, but that is fixable, lots of stairs so not good for older folks, but overall we had a great time ,top floor views, kitchen,living room is excellent.

Great beach front spot

We enjoyed our stay. It was great having a house on the beach. The location was a short distance from restaurants and shops. The street was quite. Like most beach homes, the house is equipped with basic kitchen cooking necessities. We loved that all the rooms were on the first floor so the kiddos couple sleep without the adults disturbing them.
