About the host
Hosted by John Grice
We have spent our holidays in Cornwall for many years. Our first visit was in 1976 when we spent our honeymoon in the area. It has been a favourite destination ever since. Our love of the unique atmosphere and vibrant art scene has drawn us back year after year. Our children and grandchildren now visit and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful beaches too. We hope you will love Cornwall as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Rock Cottage was incredibly well appointed with beautiful surroundings. We were drawn to the rural peaceful setting. The property's proximity to some of Cornwall's best beaches made this the perfect family holiday location.
What makes this property unique
There are great opportunities for the active. You can surf, swim, sail, and cycle. You can hike the coastal paths and explore nearby Bodmin Moor. For the 'foodies' you will not have to travel too far to find Rick Stein, Jamie Oliver and Nathan Outlaw well represented by their very own restaurants.
